Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a predetermined position signal of a movable element block when a conducting member mounted on the block touches a position detecting contact piece by previously electrically connecting the piece to a signal circuit, and arranging a position detecting member at a predetermined Position. CONSTITUTION:A linear motor comprises a stator block, a movable element block 7, a position detecting member 14 and a conducting Member 18 as main component members. The member 14 has a signal board 15, a contact piece holder 16, and two position detecting contact pieces 17, 17. The holder 16 is so arranged fixedly in 8 stator case 2 that the pieces 17, 17 are located at desired positions, thereby bringing outer contact parts 17b, 17b into contact with conducting parts 15a, 15b under predetermined pressure. When the block 7 approaches an end and a conducting piece 18b of the member 18 is brought into contact with both contact parts 17c, 17c of the pieces 17, 17, a signal circuit is operated to sense the block 7 to obtain a predetermined position signal.

Since the movable table 8 is for three phases, as shown in FIG. 8, there are three movable tables for each electromagnet, and these are rotatably connected. As shown in FIG. 5, each movable table 8 has a PB.
It is formed of a synthetic resin such as T (polybutylene terephthalate), and its main portion 8a is large enough to accommodate the yoke 11 and the coil 12 and is located in the upper housing portion of the stator case 2. A hook 8b is attached to the main part 8a,
Its tip extends to the roller accommodating portion and is coupled to the locking hole of the conveyed object support body 10 for locking the curtain or the like. The carrier support 10 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and a roller shaft 9a is provided above the carrier support 10.
And the rollers 9, 9 are rotatably supported by the roller shaft 9a so as to sandwich the conveyed object supporter 10. Also,
A mounting hole 10a for mounting a conveyed product is provided below.
Therefore, the movable table 8 is movable with respect to the stator case 2 by the rollers 9 and 9 being guided by the roller guides 2f and 2f, and the conveyed object support 10 has a part thereof projected from the linear opening 2e. To do. If the mover block is dedicated to linear drive, a single movable table may be provided with a plurality of yokes and coils.

This linear motor has two coils (two phases) of the three coils (three phases) 12, 12, 12 of the mover block 7.
A current is constantly passed through the brush 13 to generate a propulsive force in a certain direction by the magnetomotive force generated at that time, thereby moving the mover block 7. In this case, when the mover block 7 approaches the end and the conductive piece 18b of the conductive member 18 contacts both contact portions 17c, 17c of the position detection contact pieces 17, 17, the signal circuit 22 operates and the mover block 7 moves. A predetermined position signal, which means that the arrival at the predetermined position is detected, is obtained.

According to the linear motor of the present invention, if the position detecting contact piece is electrically connected to the signal circuit in advance, the position detecting member is arranged at a predetermined position to be attached to the mover block. The predetermined position signal of the mover block is obtained when the contact member for conducting the position detecting contact piece conducts, and it is not necessary to attach a limit switch externally, and it is not necessary to secure an extra space. It is also preferable.
