(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 筒状に長く延びた固定子ケースにその
長手方向に交互に異極が存在する永久磁石と正負の電圧
の導電部を設けた給電基板を収容配設した固定子ブロッ
クと、固定子ケースに移動自在にガイドされる可動台に
コイルを巻装して永久磁石に対向するヨークを長手方向
に複数個並設して配設するとともに給電基板の導電部に
摺接して各コイルに給電するブラシを有する可動子ブロ
ックとよりなり、連結部材を介して複数の固定子ブロッ
クを長手方向に連結するリニアモータにおいて、前記固
定子ケースの連結側端面に給電基板が露出する連結凹所
を形成し、前記給電基板に連結凹所に臨む位置であって
ブラシの通過を阻害しない位置に複数のねじ挿通孔を形
成するとともに、前記連結部材を、給電基板が嵌合する
コ字状をなすとともに給電基板のねじ挿通孔と対応する
位置にねじ挿通孔を形成した絶縁材料製の部材本体と、
給電基板の各導電部に当接するものであって給電基板の
ねじ挿通孔と対応する位置にねじ孔を形成した2個の導
電板と、少なくとも4個のねじにて構成し、両給電基板
を部材本体と2個の導電板にて挟んだ状態にしてねじを
螺着させてなるリニアモータ。
