2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a method of forming characters, patterns, etc. by painting, it is general to use various printing methods such as screen printing, pad printing, hot stamping and offset printing on the painting. .. These methods are methods for forming characters, patterns, etc. on the surface of the coating film, for example, when used for the exterior of a writing instrument, there is a problem in durability, and due to problems such as leveling of the printing surface, At present, the appearance characteristics such as texture are not satisfactory. Therefore, as a method for solving these problems, clear coating is applied again on the coating on which the print is formed to improve durability, texture and the like. On the other hand, as a pattern forming method other than the printing method, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-1756.
As described in No. 70, a liquid coating material containing a powder magnetic material is applied to an object to be coated, a magnet is made to act while the coating film is still fluid, and patterns such as patterns and letters are partially applied. A method of forming a cord has also been proposed. This method is a method in which a magnetic material is oriented by the action of a magnet and a pattern is expressed by reflection of light.

In the above-mentioned prior art, the method of re-clear coating on the printed coating has a problem that the processing steps are complicated. Further, in the pattern forming methods other than the printing method, there is a problem that the metal magnetic material has a high specific gravity and the color tone is limited. Therefore, the present invention particularly uses the characteristics of a magnetic material, and uses a powder having a low specific gravity and an excellent dispersibility and capable of exhibiting various color tones, and a pattern and a character which are easily reproducible by the action of a magnet. The present invention provides a method for forming a pattern such as.

According to the present invention, there is provided a colored resin powder having a magnetic property, wherein magnetic fine particles are adhered and fixed on a resin powder, and a color pigment is adhered and fixed to the outside thereof.
The basic idea is to attach a magnet with an arbitrary shape to the back surface of the object to be coated, then attach and fix the magnetic particles on the resin powder, and attach the coloring pigment to the outside of the magnet to color the magnet. The second gist is a method for manufacturing a decorative body obtained by applying a coating material containing a resin powder, and then drying and solidifying it. A magnet having an arbitrary shape is attached to a fixing jig for coating an object to be coated, and the fixing is performed. Fix the object to be coated on the jig, then attach and fix the magnetic fine particles on the resin powder, and then attach the coloring pigment to the outside of it, and apply the paint containing the fixed magnetic coloring resin powder. The method for producing a dried and solidified decorative body is the third gist, and the magnetic fine particles are adhered and fixed on the resin powder,
A coloring pigment is attached to the outside of the coating, and a coating containing a fixed colored resin powder having magnetism is applied to an object to be coated, and a magnet having an arbitrary shape is brought close to the coating surface so as not to contact the coating surface,
A fourth gist is a method for producing a dried and solidified decorative body.

Next, a method of forming a pattern such as a design or a character by applying a magnet will be described. A permanent magnet or an electromagnet is used as the magnet, and in the case of a flat plate shape or a curved shape, it may be fixed to the back surface of the object to be coated with a tape or the like, or placed on the magnet. Further, in the case of a writing instrument or the like having a tubular shape, a pattern, characters, etc. may be formed on a fixing jig with a magnet, and an object to be coated may be inserted into the jig and coated. Further, the object to be coated may be coated and the magnet may be brought close to the surface of the coating film without coming into contact with the surface of the coating film while the coating film has fluidity.
After that, it can be left as it is or cured with hot air or far infrared rays.

Example 5 Using a shaft of a white writing instrument molded of ABS resin having an outer diameter of 10 mm, an inner diameter of 8 mm and a length of 100 mm, a magnet made of resin was fixed to a fixing jig in a vertical line (magnet The diameter of the fixing jig to which is fixed was 7.9 mm), and the shaft of the writing instrument was inserted. Asahi Glass Co., Ltd. polyester modified fluororesin paint (Lumiflon LF200C)
10% of the colored resin powder obtained in Example 2 was added to and dispersed in the resin solid content of the paint. Next, dilute it by 3 times the weight ratio with a dedicated thinner, add 20% of a dedicated curing agent, apply it with a sprayer, leave it in the room for 3 minutes, and then dry it in an atmosphere of 75 ° C for 20 minutes. A writing instrument shaft having a vertical line − was obtained.

Example 6 A 5 × 5 × 0.2 t (mm) brass plate was plated with 5 μm of bright nickel. As a paint, 30% of the resin solid content of the paint was dispersed with the colored resin powder obtained in Example 1 added to a clear acrylic paint (Magicalon (trade name)) manufactured by Kansai Paint Co., Ltd. This was diluted 3 times by weight with a dedicated thinner. Fix the plated brass plate horizontally,
Apply the diluted coating material with a sprayer and set a magnet made of resin with a width of 2 mm and a length of 30 mm so as not to contact the surface of the coating film while the coating film is still fluid, After leaving it in the room for 10 minutes and then drying it in an atmosphere of 180 ° C. for 20 minutes, a decorative body having a black line was obtained.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY According to the present invention, magnetic fine particles are adhered and fixed on the resin powder, and the coloring pigment is adhered and fixed on the outside of the resin powder. It is excellent and can produce various color tones, and since it has a low specific gravity with respect to the action of a magnet, it can react quickly and can easily form various patterns.
