従来の内燃機関用金属積層形ガスケツトの多く
は第1図、第2図に示すように、構成板が4〜5

やワイヤー4等を配した複雑な構造になつてい

考案が解決しようとする問題点

有る素材を用いたものでないと実用的ではない)、
いわゆる逃げ板がないのでシール部を構成するビ
ード又は折返し部に締付ボルトの締付力がそのま

成せしめ、シール部7には微小な空間αを設け、
シールに有効なクツシヨン作用を与えている。第
一構成板5と重ならない第二構成板6は板厚を可
変させる事によりガスケツトが締付けられた際の
シール部と平坦部の面圧の大小を調整する役割を

ール部の変形がスムーズに行なわれ、エンジンの
