Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a piece of tableware having a gold decorative pattern excellent in abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION:The objective piece of tableware 9 has a gold decorative pattern 1 with a gold decorative unit 11. A protecting paint line 10 having a larger film thickness than that of the gold decorative unit 11 is provided along the shape of the gold decorative unit 11 with an interval 90 between the paint line and the gold decorative unit 11. The protecting paint line 10 is of any color such as the ground color of the tableware or white or colored. The film thickness of the protecting paint line 10 is preferably >=5 to <=30mum. The film thickness of the gold decorative unit 11 is preferably >=1 to <=5mum. When the piece of tableware is rubbed with a polishing unit such as a nylon scrubbing brush or mutual pieces of tableware, they are mutually rubbed with the protecting paint lint 10 and hardly rubbed with the easily worn out gold decorative unit 11.

However, such a gold ornament 81 is more likely to be affected by rubbing during cleaning or transportation than a red or blue ornament. That is, at the time of washing, as shown in FIG. 6, peeling 89 occurs on the gold decorative body 81 due to mechanical abrasion due to polishing powder or nylon scrubbing with an abrasive.

In addition, at the time of transportation, the above-mentioned FIG. 6 is caused by rubbing between the tableware and its carrier or between the tableware.
As shown in, the gold ornament 81 is peeled off. Therefore,
A powerful gold decoration method for producing a strong gold ornament (Japanese Patent Publication Sho 50-1)

In view of the above problems, the present invention is intended to provide tableware having a gold decorative pattern with excellent wear resistance.

According to the present invention, in a tableware in which a gold decorative pattern is formed by a gold decorative body, a gold decorative body is formed along the shape of the gold decorative body and at a distance from the gold decorative body. Tableware having a gold decorative pattern provided with a protective paint line having a film thickness larger than the film thickness. In the present invention, the gold decorative pattern is a pattern formed by a gold decorative body. The line of protective paint follows the shape of the gold decorative pattern,
Moreover, it is provided at a distance from the gold ornament. The thickness of the protective paint line is larger than that of the gold ornament.

Further, the protective paint line can be provided on the outer circumference and the inner circumference of the gold decorative pattern along the shape of the gold decorative pattern and at a distance from the gold decorative body. The color of the protective paint line is arbitrary, such as white, the background color of the tableware, or colored. The thickness of the paint line is preferably 5 μm or more and 30 μm or less. When the thickness is less than 5 μm, the film thickness is the same as that of the gold ornament, and damage to the gold ornament may not be prevented.
On the other hand, when it exceeds 30 μm, it is difficult to obtain the effect corresponding to it.

A space is provided between the gold ornament and the protective paint line. The shortest distance of this interval is 0.2m
It is preferably m or more and 0.3 mm or less. If the spacing is less than 0.2 mm, the gold ornament and the protective paint line may overlap during the manufacturing process of the gold ornament pattern. On the other hand, if it exceeds 0.3 mm, it is difficult for the protective paint line to protect the gold ornament.

Next, the transfer-processed paper is attached to the surface of the tableware, and then both are baked. As a result, the gold paste and the paint paste are transferred to the surface of the tableware, and the gold ornament and the paint line are formed on the surface of the tableware. The transfer processed paper is burned down by the heat of printing. Further, the tableware is a plate, a cup, a pot or the like formed by bone china, ceramics or the like.

[Operation and effect] The tableware having the gold decorative pattern of the present invention is
A protective paint line having a film thickness larger than that of the gold ornament is provided along the pattern of the gold ornament and at intervals. Therefore, when an abrasive body such as a nylon scrubber rubs against tableware, the abrasive body rubs against the protective paint line but hardly rubs against the gold ornament. Also, when other dishes are stacked on this tableware,
Since these tableware and the like come into contact with the protective paint line having a larger film thickness than the gold ornament, they do not come into contact with the gold ornament.

As described above, since the protective paint line has a film thickness larger than that of the gold decorative body, it is possible to protect the gold decorative body which is easily worn. This protective paint line is more abrasion resistant than gold ornaments. Therefore, the tableware has excellent wear resistance of the gold ornament. As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide tableware having a gold decorative pattern with excellent wear resistance.

When the protective paint line has the same color as the background color of the tableware, the external appearance of the protective paint line cannot be seen. Therefore, the gold decorative pattern seems to be formed only by the gold decorative body. On the other hand, when the protective paint lines of other colors are used, the colors of the protective paint lines can cooperate with the gold ornament to form a variety of gold decorative patterns. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide tableware having a gold decorative pattern with excellent wear resistance.

Experimental Example 1 In this example, the abrasion resistance of the tableware of Examples 1 and 2 was evaluated. In the evaluation, light finger pressure was applied to sandpaper, the tableware was rubbed, and the number of rubbing until the gold decorative body was peeled off was counted. This evaluation was performed 5 times, that is, at 5 points. The sandpaper used was zircon sandpaper for polishing gold, which is used for finishing tableware in the production of tableware. Also, the presence or absence of peeling of the gold decorative body was visually determined.

As is known from Table 1, in Example 1, peeling occurred on the gold decorative body after an average of 596 rubbing cycles. Regarding Example 2, peeling did not occur even after rubbing 700 times. As described above, the tableware according to the present invention was extremely excellent in abrasion resistance. On the other hand, with respect to the comparative example, peeling occurred on average 134 times, and the abrasion resistance was poor.
