Conventionally, this type of product has been manufactured with tin plating or coating on the surface of copper, in view of the fact that when left in humid air for a long period of time, copper forms basic carbonates, which coat the surface with a toxic green patina. Nickel plating was applied to create a thin layer of soot and nickel metal on the copper surface to prevent patina from forming.

However, since the metal layer formed by plating is very thin, it easily peels off, and therefore cannot withstand long-term use and is dangerous.

As shown in FIG. 3, a silicone resin layer 3 is formed on the inner surface of the copper product 1. The cup 5 with legs 4 in FIG. 1A and the tip 7 with 6 hands in FIG. 1B Alternatively, if methyl chloride is applied to the inner surface of each pot 8 in FIG. It is produced by catalyzing the primary resin obtained by decomposition with metal salts and amines at temperatures above 100°C, and has unique surface properties such as mold release, foam elimination, water repellency, etc., and electrical insulation properties. A silicone resin liquid that is highly durable, non-toxic, chemical resistant, and has high mechanical strength is applied by spraying, heated in a furnace at 120°C to 300°C, and baked and fixed to form a silicone resin layer. 3.

In this case, by heating the copper product coated with silicone resin liquid in a furnace, an oxide film layer 9 as shown in Fig. 3 is formed on the inner surface of the copper product 1, so that the red luster remains for a long time without discoloration. It will be maintained for a long time and will be less likely to get scratched.

In addition, by roughening the inner surface of the copper product 1, that is, the surface on which the silicone resin layer 3 is formed, the resin layer 3 can be baked and fixed even more firmly, and a large number of small spherical metal particles are fired at high speed as shown in Fig. 2A. It is preferable to apply shot peening treatment, or to apply multiple circular or spiral scratches as shown in FIG. 2B.

■ The silicone resin liquid is sprayed onto the inner surface of the copper product 1 and heated in a furnace to bake and harden it to form the silicone resin layer 3, which requires a long time like plating. Since unnecessary but complicated polishing work is eliminated, mass production becomes possible, improving productivity by 50 times compared to conventional methods.

Also, unlike a very thin metal layer like plating,
Since the silicone resin layer 3 can be formed to a desired thickness, it hides scratches during press molding of copper products, eliminating the need for careful final polishing work, which lasts for a long time. It can be used as a safe copper product.

Furthermore, in the present invention, the oxide film layer 9 is simultaneously formed on the outer surface by heating in a furnace for forming the silicone resin layer 3, so the silicone resin layer 3 is formed on the inner surface 2. An oxide film layer 9 is simultaneously formed on the outer surface.
