する。その結果、密封包装体4に接する空気が十分拡散
かつ加熱されており、一部の密封包装体4に直接吹き付
けられる低温空気の量を大幅に低減することができる。

通して再び前記水供給部に供給する循環路とを備え、か
つ前記処理槽内の圧力を前記密封包装体内の圧力変化に
合わせて変化させるように制御する加圧加熱殺菌処理の
ためのレトルト殺菌機において、前記処理槽の両側部の
内面を球面状にすると共に、前記処理槽の両端部上部
に、長手方向に沿って複数の圧力調整のための空気導入
口をほぼ水平又は上向きに設け、更に前記処理槽の中央
上部に圧力調整のための空気排出口を設ける、ことを特
徴とするレトルト殺菌機。
