的治療を要していた。(Conventional technology) Heartworms are parasitic nematodes, and adult worms are thread-like (about 80 mm in females and 40 mm in males), and usually hide in lymph vessels or lymph nodes, especially in the scrotum and lower leg, and are localized in lymph nodes. This causes dilation of the ducts and edema, which is accompanied by swelling of the lymph nodes and proliferation of connective tissue in the skin, resulting in so-called elephantiasis. It is also known that animals such as dogs are infested with many threadworms. Spatonin is usually administered to remove the heartworms hidden in the body, but elephantiasis and scrotal hydrocele require surgical treatment.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the simple remover, and FIG. 2 is a partially sectional view showing the structure of the joint tube. A tube 8 is connected to the tip of the first joint tube 7, and an injection needle 4 that is inserted into the body is attached to the tip of the tube. A second joint pipe 5 is connected to the base of the first joint pipe 7, and a syringe barrel 1 in which a piston 2 is fitted is connected to the base of the second joint pipe 5.
The tip of the tube is inserted. A first branch pipe 10 provided on the first joint pipe 7 and a second branch pipe 9 provided on the second joint pipe 5 are connected by a tube 6 via a passage means 3. Also, check valves 11 and 11' are attached to the tip of the second joint pipe 5 and the second branch pipe 9, respectively, and these two joint pipes 5,
7 and branch pipes 9 and 10 are housed in a housing 13.

It is arranged so that the inside of the tip and the outside of the second branch pipe 9 are concave. The above-mentioned check valve may have a structure other than the above-mentioned one, for example, one in which a flexible tube is formed into a flat shape, or one in which a convex part of a flexible hemispherical surface is cut.

る。 In FIG. 2, a check valve made of a flexible semi-cylindrical body is installed inside the tip of the second joint tube 5 and inside the second joint tube 5 so that the body fluid sucked into the syringe barrel is returned to the human body via the passage means 3. Although it is arranged so as to be concave on the outside of the branch pipe 9, it may be arranged in the opposite direction. In that case, the body fluid is aspirated into the syringe barrel via the overflow means.

Next, when the piston 2 of the syringe barrel 1 is pulled out, negative pressure is created between the first and second joint tubes 7 and 5 and the inside of the syringe barrel 1, and blood or lymph fluid (hereinafter referred to as body fluid) is sucked out by this negative pressure, and the second A check valve 11 attached to the tip of the joint pipe 5 of
is opened, the check valve 11' attached to the second branch pipe 9 is closed, and the liquid is sucked into the syringe barrel 1. Next, when the piston 2 is pushed in, the body fluid sucked into the syringe barrel is pushed out to the second joint pipe, and this flow opens the check valve 11' attached to the second branch pipe 9.
When the check valve 11 attached to the tip of the second joint tube is closed, the body fluid is sent from the tube 6 to the passage means 3, and the material 12 contained in the passage means 3 is used to form filaments contained in the body fluid. Insects are removed. The body fluid from which the heartworms have been removed is returned to the body through the tube 8 and the injection needle 4.

中に含まれる糸状虫が除去できる。 By repeating the operation of the piston 2 of the syringe barrel 1, body fluid is intermittently sucked out and the body fluid from which filamentous worms have been removed is returned. By repeating this operation for a predetermined period of time, threadworms contained in body fluids can be efficiently removed without surgery.
