Claims (1)
A device for wound drainage is known, which contains an elastic bellows with inlet and outlet openings and a catheter with a tip installed in the inlet I; However, this device does not allow repeated forced drainage without disturbing the asepsis, and the violation of the asepsis occurs at the moment of draining the fluid through the hole connected to the atmosphere, which leads to a limitation of the field of use. The chain of the invention is to ensure the repeated forced drainage without disturbing the aseptics. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the device containing an elastic bellows with inlet and outlet openings and a catheter with a tip mounted in the inlet opening, valves are respectively installed in the openings of the bellows and inverse action. The drawing shows the device of the day drainage of wounds, section. The device contains an elastic bellows 1 with inlet and outlet openings, which are made in tee 2 mounted on the bellows. A catheter 3 with a tip 4 is connected to the inlet of the tee 2, and a nozzle 5 is connected to the outlet of the outlet to drain the fluid. In addition, a direct action valve 6 is installed at the inlet of the tee, and a return valve 7 is installed at the outlet of the valve. The valves are made in the form of a stem 8, which interacts with the seat 9, and a perforated sleeve 10 with a guide hole for the stem of the stem 8. The device operates in the following way. With the help of a catheter 3 inserted into the wound with the help of tip 4 through tee 2, the bellows 1 is connected with the surgical wound. By lightly pressing the cypress hand, it compresses the bellows 1. At the same time, the air leaves the bellows through the valve 7. At the same time, the catheter is blocked by valve 6, and tightness in this node is achieved due to the fact that the cylindrical landing shape of the rod 8 enters into The version of the saddle 9. After the load is removed, the bellows due to the elastic properties of its walls tends to take the initial position. In this case, a vacuum is created in the system, under the action of which fluid from the wound through the open valve 6 enters the bellows. The valve 7 is hermetically closed, the riodne of the bellows filling it with liquid is installed so that the tee 2 with the valves is at the bottom. Then squeezing the bellows by hand, drain the liquid through the open valve 7 and the drain connection 5. The valve 6 is closed at the same time. This eliminates the possibility of a reverse flow of fluid into the wound. Thus, the device is operated without opening its cavity during the entire suction time of the liquid. 74 The design of the device provides suction of the liquid from the primer and at the same time excludes the possibility of its reverse flow, as well as draining the pumped liquid without opening the bellows, i.e. without disturbing the asepsis of the internal cavity of the entire device. The use of the device in surgery reduces the patient's pain that occurs due to the expansion of the wound with blood when the bleeding has not stopped, and also reduces the possibility of infection of the wound and, thus, contributes to the speedy recovery of the patient. Claims Device for wound drainage, containing elastic bellows with inlet and outlet openings and a catheter with a tip installed in the inlet opening, characterized in that, in order to conduct multiple forced drainage without disturbing the asepsis, valves are installed in the openings of the bellows and reverse action.
