Conventionally, this type of panel has generally used a metal panel or a metal sandwich panel bonded with adhesive, but in the case of the former, specific strength (strength per unit mass) and There is a drawback in terms of elasticity (modulus of elasticity per unit mass),
In the latter case, since adhesive is used, there are difficulties in terms of electrical conduction and thermal conduction in the out-of-plane direction.

The present invention is characterized by metallurgically joining a fiber-reinforced metal face plate rich in elastic modulus and mechanical strength to a core rich in rigidity by superplastic processing, thereby solving the above-mentioned disadvantages, and achieving high strength and rigidity. The objective is to provide a lightweight equipment panel with excellent electrical and thermal conductivity.

1 to 3 are explanatory diagrams showing the manufacturing process of the equipment panel according to the present invention, in which 1 is a face plate made of, for example, carbon fiber-reinforced aluminum, and 2 is made by superplastic processing of, for example, a titanium alloy. The core 3 is a titanium alloy core tube. The present invention is characterized in that the face plate 1 and the core 2 are integrated into a panel by metal bonding, for example, spot welding, and are not integrated using an adhesive. In addition, in the present invention, in consideration of the fact that the cores are independent and the rigidity of the panel may be insufficient,
may be metallically joined between the cores 2 by spot welding to improve rigidity; in this case, the face plate 1 is metallically joined to the equipment mounting part side of the core 2 by brazing, and integrated as an equipment panel. Ru. Therefore, the equipment panel according to the present invention has good thermal and electrical conductivity because it is assembled by metal bonding, and also has a thin core 2 processed by superplastic processing and a thin plate (face plate) of carbon fiber reinforced aluminum. - By using plate 1, it is lightweight and has high rigidity, and in addition, equipment that generates heat can be easily attached to face plate 1 of the panel according to the present invention with fasteners.
