(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, conventional spraying machines simply spray the material to be sprayed, such as mortar, concrete, and soil for greening, onto an appropriate spraying surface such as an inclined surface or a vertical surface. However, because of this, there were problems such as poor adhesion to the sprayed surface and sagging of the sprayed surface. In addition, if the adhesiveness of the sprayed material is increased in order to prevent these problems, there are problems such as increased flow resistance and the need for strong spraying pressure. Furthermore, when spraying materials such as soil for greening, there was a risk that the sprayed soil layer would become hard due to the adhesive and become unsuitable for growing seeds.

Furthermore, the use of this material for building materials, earth mounds, pavements, or blocks as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 55-167170, and the method and apparatus for manufacturing this material, are as described above. Although we were able to solve the problems to some extent, there was a problem in that the state in which the thread was pulled out could not be adjusted. That is,
The state in which the thread is pulled out differs depending on the strength of the water pressure (amount of water). The ratio of water to be mixed is determined, and the strength of water pressure (amount of water) cannot be easily changed. However, the problem was that it was difficult to mix with other substances.

(Effects of the Invention) Therefore, the present invention provides a spraying machine 20 capable of spraying objects to be sprayed such as mortar, concorite, and soil for greening on an appropriate spraying surface such as an inclined surface or a vertical surface. It is inserted in the spraying material supply path from the spraying device 20 to the point where the material is sprayed from the spray nozzle 21 through the hose 22. Continuously feed from
A filamentous substance mixing device S is configured to be able to continuously spray a filamentous substance T together with a substance to be sprayed, and includes a substantially cylindrical mixing case 1 that can be inserted into a feeding path for a substance to be sprayed. The mixing case 1 is equipped with a mixing guide body 2 that is attached to a mounting hole 12 formed in the peripheral wall of the mixing case 1 and has an insertion hole 2a through which the mixing thread T can be inserted. 1 is provided with an inlet 14 that communicates with the mounting hole 12 and supplies high-pressure air or high-pressure liquid from the mounting hole 12 into the mixing case 1. Therefore, it is attached to the mixing case 1 so that it can move forward and backward within the mounting hole 12, and as the mixing guide body 2 advances and retreats, the outer peripheral surface of the tip portion of the mixing guide body 2 and the mounting hole of the mixing case 1 are connected. The high pressure air or high pressure liquid fed to the inlet port 14 is fed to the mounting hole 12, and the distal end portion of the mixing guide body 2 High pressure air or high pressure liquid is supplied from the inlet 14 of the mixing case 1 because it is configured to be fed into the mixing case 1 from between the outer circumferential surface and the inner circumferential surface of the mounting hole 12. Then, this high-pressure air or high-pressure liquid flows from the mounting hole 12 into the space between the outer peripheral surface of the tip portion of the mixing guide body 2 and the inner peripheral surface of the mounting hole 12.
When it passes through and is fed into the mixing case 1,
The thread-like material T for mixing can be reliably pulled out.
Moreover, by rotating the mixing guide body 2,
The outer peripheral surface of the tip part of the mixing guide body 2 and the mounting hole 12
The speed at which high-pressure air or high-pressure liquid passes can be easily changed by adjusting the distance between the inner circumferential surface and the pulling force of the thread-like material to be mixed in can be easily and smoothly adjusted. At the same time, the filament T for mixing can be pulled out in an optimal state. In addition, this filament T for mixing is continuously drawn into the tip of the material to be sprayed by the material to be sprayed fed through the material to be sprayed, and is mixed together with the material to be sprayed. The thread-like material T can be reliably and smoothly sprayed from the tip of the spray nozzle 21. Therefore, the mixing filament T can further improve the fixation of the material to be sprayed onto the spraying surface, eliminating the risk of the material being sprayed sagging, and allowing the material to be sprayed to be thickly sprayed. As a result, spraying work on objects to be sprayed can be performed extremely easily and efficiently. The spraying machine 20 does not require strong spraying pressure, and when spraying the material to be sprayed, such as soil for greening, the sprayed soil layer does not become hard and the seeds are seeded. It becomes suitable for the cultivation of.
