産業上の利用分野
本考案は、バルコニー、出窓ユニツト、窓用手
摺等の構造体を支持用ブラケツトを介して建物に
取付けるようにした取付構造に関するものであ

従来の技術

考案が解決しようとする問題点
しかしながら前記の取付構造は、取付金具を平

問題点を解決するための手段
本考案は、従来の問題点を解決するために、先
端にブラケツト固定用の雄螺子９を設けた支持ボ
ルト２の基部を着脱自在に螺着した一対の平板状
の金属製基板１を、窓開口部の建物躯体５に固着
し、外装壁１０を、支持ボルト２を貫通させて建
物躯体５に取付け、外装壁１０より突出した支持
ボルト２の先端の雄螺子部９に、嵌挿した縦枠１
２を介してブラケツト３の垂直壁１９の取付孔２
６を挿通させて固定用ナツト１１で締付けてブラ
ケツト３を固定してバルコニー、出窓ユニツト等
の構造体支持用ブラケツトの取付構造としたもの

し、その下端が基板１の雌螺子部６に螺合して回
り止め用ナツト８によつて固定されており（なお
支持ボルト２はナツト８をゆるめて基板１より取
外すことができる）、その先端の比較的長い雄螺
子部９は、基板１の室外側に外装した外装壁１０
より突出していて、嵌挿した縦枠１２を介してブ
ラケツト３の垂直壁１９の取付孔２６に挿通され
て、固定用ナツト１１によりブラケツトの垂直壁
１９を締付け取付けるように構成されている。外
装壁１０の表面とブラケツトの垂直壁１９との間
に介在させる縦枠１２は、第２図に示すように平
板状の基片と、その両側から突設した１対の側片
１３を有するアルミの押出形材よりなるもので、
１対の側片１３の先端には凹溝１４が形成してあ
つて、雨水が侵入しないように外装壁の表面との
間に水密性クツシヨン材１５が設けられている。
また縦枠１２の長手方向の適宜位置にはスペーサ
ー１６が介在されていて固定用ナツト１１により
締付けたときに縦枠１２が変形しないようになつ

２６が穿設してあり、この取付孔２６を貫通して
支持ボルト２の先端の雄螺子部９が挿入され、こ
れに固定用ナツト１１が螺合されて、バルコニー
の妻梁２２を支持するブラケツト３が取付けられ

考案の効果
本考案は以上のような構成であつて、窓開口部
の建物躯体に固定した平板状の基板に雌ネジを切
り支持ボルトを螺着して、その先端に嵌挿した縦
枠を介してブラケツトを取付けるようにしたた
め、一枚の鋼板に雌ネジを切るだけで取付金物が
構成でき、先行例のように折曲した板体と平坦な
板体とを組合せて構成したものより構造が簡単と
なり、また平板状の基板であるため、必要強度に
応じて基板の肉厚を変えて雌ネジを深くすること
により取付け強度を高くすることができて強度的
な問題もなく、かつ支持ボルトの交換も容易にで
き、ブラケツトの取付施行も嵌挿された縦枠によ
り位置決めされた支持ボルトに挿通して固定用ナ
ツトで締付けるだけであるから簡単かつ確実に行
うことができると共に、外装壁仕上げに際しては
金属製基板をそのまま壁内に埋めてしまえばよい
ので外装壁の仕上げ作業も簡単となり、またバル
コニー、出窓ユニツト等の取付場所の外装壁の厚
さに違いがあつても、支持ボルトの先端の螺杆部
において調節して使用することができるし、また
現場で支持ボルトを交換使用することができるの
で大変便利である等極めて実用的な効果を有して
