[Prior Art]

As is well known, in steelmaking and continuous casting factories, the slag and metal remaining in the ladle after the molten steel is poured into the ingot case and tundish are discharged from the ladle. The ladle is suspended by an overhead crane and is tilted. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3 which is a schematic explanatory view showing a method of discharging slag / metal, the main winding hook 52 of the ceiling crane 51 is hooked on the trunnion 11 of the ladle 10 while the ladle 10 is lifted. The auxiliary metal hook 53 is hooked on the tilting metal fitting 12 provided at the bottom of the ladle 10 to wind it up, whereby the ladle 10 is tilted and taken into the stationary waste container 13 placed on the work floor. The slag / metal S remaining in the pot 10 is discharged.

[Problems to be solved by the device]

By the way, when the slag and bullion are discharged from the ladle into the slag container by the above method, in addition to the large amount of dust rising from the slag container due to the momentum of the slag and bullion flowing down, A lot of smoke is generated and the working environment is deteriorated. Of course, if a dust collection hood is installed above to exhaust dust and smoke, it is possible to prevent the work environment from deteriorating, but in reality, the ladle is tilted while being suspended by an overhead crane. -Because the metal is discharged, it is not possible to place a dust collection hood above the ladle, so it is extremely difficult to suppress the deterioration of the work environment due to dust and smoke. In addition, when discharging slag and bullion from a ladle, in addition to the operator of the overhead crane, a sled signal is also required, etc. There was a task to be done.

Therefore, the present invention makes it possible to improve the working environment by discharging dust and smoke generated during the work of discharging slag and metal, and moreover, an automatic slag that can be operated by a smaller number of workers than before. The purpose is to provide facilities.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the automatic slag equipment of the present invention is the same as the conventional one with reference to FIG. 1 which is a schematic configuration explanatory view showing a ladle tilting state and FIG. 2 which is a control system configuration diagram thereof. Those having the same function will be described with the same reference numerals.

Reference numeral 2 shown in FIG. 1 is a pair of standing members (however, the standing member on the front side in the drawing is not shown) provided on the work floor L. A tilting member 3 having a configuration described later is supported by the member 2 so as to be rotatable about a horizontal axis. The tilting member 3 is composed of a ladle pedestal 3a for receiving the lower surface of the trunnion of the ladle 10 and a supporting member 3b having a substantially concave front shape that joins the ladle pedestal 3a facing each other. Support shafts 3c provided on opposite surfaces of 3b are supported by the pair of standing members 2, and the tilting member 3 is rotated by a driving device (not shown) about the axis of the horizontal shaft. It has become.

Further, a trunnion holding member 3d having a notch-shaped fitting portion into which the trunnion 11 of the ladle 10 is fitted is fixed to each tip of the supporting member 3b, and the end of the trunnion holding member 3d is further fixed. A lock cylinder 3e as a clamp device for closing the opening of the lock cylinder which is expanded and contracted by a lock bar is attached to the portion. Therefore, the standing member 2, the tilting member 3 and a driving device (not shown) are provided. The ladle tilting device 1 is constructed from the above.

A lower dust collecting hood 4 having upper and lower openings is arranged so as to surround the ladle tilting device 1, and a hood track 4a is laid on the upper end surface thereof. The upper dust collecting hood 5 is arranged so as to be able to move back and forth by the hood track 4a. When the upper dust collecting hood 5 is moved to block the upper opening 4b of the lower dust collecting hood 4, its discharge port 5a is aligned with the inlet 6a of the discharge duct 6 for sucking dust and smoke. Has become. In addition, what is provided inside the discharge duct 6 is a damper 6b for adjusting the suction amount of dust and smoke.

Further, the lower dust collecting hood 4 is provided with a monitoring window 4c, and from this monitoring window 4c, the inside of the lower dust collecting hood 4, that is, the discharging condition of the slag / metal from the ladle 10 is monitored. An ITV monitoring monitor 7 for monitoring is arranged on a mounting table 4 d protruding from the outer surface of the lower dust collecting hood 4. A truck running track 8 is laid under the lower dust collecting hood 4 and between the standing members 2. The truck running track 8 is provided with a slag / metal which changes momentarily depending on the tilting angle of the ladle 10. The inching carriage 9 for moving the waste container 13 for receiving the slag and the bullion according to the position of the flow-down is reciprocally arranged.

On the other hand, the operation control of the upper dust collecting hood 5, the ladle tilting device 1, the inching carriage 9 and the like is performed by a control system as shown in FIG. The control device includes a dust collector electromagnetic disc 20 that operates a motor M 5 for operating the upper dust collecting hood 5 and a motor M 6 for operating the damper 6b of the discharge duct 6, and a motor M 3 for tilting the tilting member. And ladle tilting device electromagnetic panel 21 for operating lock cylinder 3e, noro carry-out device electromagnetic panel 22 for operating motor M 9 for inching carriage 9 operation, and interlocking control of these electromagnetic panels 20, 21, 22 In addition to the slag equipment control panel 23, the indoor control device 24 and the machine-side operation panel 25 arranged in the operation room, the detection equipment detects each position.

Hereinafter, the usage mode of the automatic slag equipment having the above-mentioned configuration will be described. First, the upper dust collecting hood 5 is moved in a direction away from the lower dust collecting hood 4, and the upper portion of the lower dust collecting hood 4 is moved. The upper dust collecting hood 5 is put on standby with the opening 4b opened. Next, the ladle 10 suspended by the main winding hook (not shown) of the ceiling crane is placed with the lock cylinder 3e side facing up, that is, the tilting member 3 of the ladle tilting device 1 that has been raised is removed. Lower the pan toward the cradle 3a.

After the ladle 10 is lowered to the ladle cradle 3a and the trunnion 11 is fitted into the fitting portion of the trunnion holding member 3d, the ladle 10 is loaded on the tilting member 3 of the tilting device, and then the main winding hook 3 Wind up to retract the overhead crane. Then, if an automatic dust collection command is issued, the indoor control device 24 operates the dust collection equipment control panel 23 to move the upper dust collection hood 5 toward the lower dust collection hood 4, and The upper opening 4b is closed. At this time, the discharge port 5a of the upper dust collecting hood 5 is aligned with the entrance 6a of the discharge duct 6, and the lock cylinder 3e is actuated to close the fitting opening by the lock bar, so that the ladle 10 is tilted. It is fixed to the member 3.

When the ladle 10 is fixed by the tilting member 3, suction is started by the discharge duct 6 and the ladle tilting device 1 is actuated to start the tilting of the ladle 10, but at a tilting angle of about 90 °. The tilting motion is temporarily stopped. At this time, the slag condition is confirmed on the ITV monitor 7 from the monitoring window 4c, and the tilting of the ladle 10 is restarted based on the slag condition, and the inching trolley is adjusted in accordance with the ever-changing position of the slag / metal flow. 9 is moved and the slag / metal S discharged from the ladle 10 is received by the slag container 13 loaded on the slag.

When the slag / metal S is no longer discharged from the ladle 10, the ITV monitoring monitor 7 confirms the completion of the slag, and the tilt of the ladle 10 is returned to the initial state, so that the lock cylinder 3e is locked. A reverse operation releases the fixing of the ladle 10, moves the upper dust collecting hood 5 in a direction away from the lower dust collecting hood 4, and stops it, whereby a series of automatic waste slag work is completed.

By the way, dust and smoke are generated while the slag container 13 is receiving the slag / metal S, but these are blocked by the lower dust collecting hood 4 and the upper dust collecting hood 5, and are collected by the upper dust collecting hood 4. Since it is sucked from the discharge duct 6 through the discharge port 5a of the dust hood 5 and discharged through, for example, a dust collector or the like, deterioration of the work environment due to dust and smoke is prevented.

Since the automatic slag equipment according to the present invention can be operated by one operator, the number of operators can be reduced from the conventional one, and the slag / metal S is discharged from the ladle 10. During that time, since the overhead crane retracts from the discharge position without suspending the ladle 10, it becomes possible to perform other crane work, which can also contribute to labor saving. The effect has begun.

[Effect of the device]

As described in detail above, according to the automatic slag equipment of the present invention, the ladle is lowered from the opening of the lower dust collecting hood and held by the tilting member, and the upper dust collecting hood is moved to open the opening. When the ladle is tilted by tilting the tilting member after closing, dust and smoke are generated from the slag container and soar upward, but the soared dust and smoke passes through the discharge port of the upper dust collecting hood. While the work environment is greatly improved because it is sucked out by the discharge duct and discharged to the outside, at least two workers are required for the slag work while suspending the ladle with the conventional overhead crane. On the other hand, since the automatic slag equipment of the present invention can be operated by one operator, it has a great effect on improving the slag work environment and labor saving of the slag work.
