Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance a treating effect by constituting the entire part of the adhesive planter of a net-like sheet. CONSTITUTION:A raw material sheet 30 is drawn out of a raw sheet roll 3 wound with the raw material sheet 30 formed by sticking release paper 2 to a sheet body 1. A drawing roll 4 disposed with many rectangular cutting blades 41 is provided on the downstream side of the raw sheet roll 3 and the contour shapes of square holes 10 are lanced only in the sheet body 1 existing atop the raw material sheet 30 drawn out of the raw sheet roll 3 by the drawing roll 4. A finished product 5 in a rolled form is obtd. if the laminate of the lanced sheet body 1 and the release paper 2 is taken up. As a result, the adhesive plaster having a higher treatment effect than the treating effect of the conventional adhesive plasters consisting of a holeless simple sheet is obtd.

2. Description of the Related Art As a treatment for treating a diseased part such as a sprain or a bruise, there is a so-called taping technique for sticking a plaster on the diseased part or an acupoint or the like corresponding to the affected part, which is performed at an osteopathic clinic or the like. ing. The therapeutic effect by taping is explained by the theory of gate control theory, axon reflex and somatic / autonomous reflex, but it is understood that the therapeutic effect is obtained by the fascial protection effect of taping.

In general, muscle pain occurs due to muscle tension caused by lack of exercise, external disorders, aging, and stress. Then, when muscle tension occurs in order to avoid the pain, it progresses to myalgia, which further shifts to connective inflammation. The conventional adhesive bandage used for taping for treating the diseased part is a simple non-porous sheet coated with an adhesive, and controls the action of the diseased part such as muscle and the muscle with the adhesive bandage. The diseased part was treated by applying it to the acupoint.

However, there is a problem that the above-mentioned conventional bandages are still insufficient in therapeutic effect. The above problems will be described in more detail. In the above-mentioned conventional ones, by protecting the diseased part and the acupuncture points related thereto with a bandage, the burden on these parts is alleviated, and the healing phenomenon by the natural healing power can be smoothly advanced. ..

However, in the above-mentioned conventional bandages, the healing effect cannot be positively promoted because the healing phenomenon cannot be positively promoted because it merely protects the affected area and the like until it heals naturally. .. The present invention has been made in view of the above points, "sticking to a diseased part and acupuncture points corresponding to the diseased part where muscle pain or swelling is felt, and a bandage for treating the diseased part" is treated. The challenge is to provide highly effective bandages.

The above technical means operates as follows. According to the above technical means, the adhered part such as the diseased part is surrounded by the mesh-like adhesive bandage, so that when the adhered part is viewed as a whole, the adhered part is The adhered part is protected. On the other hand, when the adhered portion is viewed in detail, the adhesive force of the adhesive bandage is applied only to the wire portions forming the net and the portions corresponding to the intersections of the wires.
That is, the adhesive force of the adhesive bandage is concentrated on the wires constituting the net and the intersections of the wires, and the adhesive force acts on the diseased part as a mechanical load.

The diseased part is caused by a large amount of muscle tension or marked relaxation, but when the adhesive bandage of the present invention is applied,
Tension and relaxation acts on the diseased part, and proper muscle tone can be brought about. That is, the above mechanical load promotes the production of the sodium component in the diseased part and accelerates the saturation time of the component. Therefore, the neutralizing action of the components starting from the saturation period, that is, the phenomenon of natural healing is started and progressed early, and the mourning and the like are removed early.

Table 1 shows a comparative test comparing the therapeutic effects of the present invention and the conventional adhesive bandage. This comparative test was carried out using a plaster of the shape shown in FIG. 1, and the width of the plaster was set to 57 mm. The through holes formed in the adhesive plaster were squares each side of which was 7 mm, and the arrangement pitch was set to 10 mm, and the holes were formed vertically and horizontally. The comparison test was performed on two patients A and B who complained of pain in the neck and lower back, and the healing state of the neck and lower back was verified by testing the grip recovery state. did. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, a bandage was applied to the following 7 points.

As is clear from Table 1, when the case of patient A is seen, the grip strength of the left arm when the conventional adhesive bandage is applied is 48 kg, whereas when the adhesive bandage of the present invention is used. The grip strength is improved from 49.5 kg to 52.5 kg. In other words, even if the burden on the neck and hips during the grip strength test increases, the burden on the neck and hips can be overcome, indicating that these neck and lumbar diseases have been cured. or,
Also in the case of the left arm, the grip strength is 48.5 kg when the conventional adhesive bandage is applied, whereas when the adhesive bandage of the present invention is applied, the grip strength is improved to 49.5 kg-54 kg.

Next, the actual production of the adhesive bandage will be described with reference to FIG. The raw material sheet (30) is pulled out from the raw fabric roll (3) in which the raw material sheet (30) having the release paper (2) attached to the sheet body (1) is wound. Raw roll above (3)
On the downstream side of the cutting roll (4) is provided with a large number of rectangular cutting blades (41) (41) on the outer circumference.
By (4), only the sheet body (1) located on the upper surface of the raw material sheet (30) pulled out from the original roll (3) is cut into the contour shape of the square holes (10) and (10). Then, the polymer of the sheet body (1) and the release paper (2) in which the notches are formed is wound up to obtain a roll-shaped finished product (5).
