When the hook portion of the fastener tape obtained by these techniques touches the skin, it may give a rough and unpleasant sensation, or may give an unpleasant stimulus such as piercing. Especially in the technology of forming the hook by cutting and cutting the rib structure part by extrusion molding, the cut and cut part may be a sharp cut, and such a cut is locked to the loop on the other side. While it has the advantage of being easy, it has the problem of strong unpleasant stimuli when touching the skin. In order to solve such a problem, U.S. Pat. No. 4,846,815 discloses a technique in which the crown of the hook is rounded by a melting process, and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2-5947 discloses a hook in which the hook is formed depending on the shape of a mold. Discloses a technique for giving the head a roundness. Although these techniques enable the touch of the hook to be softened, the thick hook formed by extrusion molding or the like generally has high rigidity, and it is difficult to eliminate the rough and unpleasant feel when touching the skin.

Under such a premise, the hook portion has a top portion which is located near an apex portion of the hook portion with an arbitrary number of hook portions separated from each other, and a leg portion which extends downward from the top portion and abuts on the surface of the tape portion. A fastener tape is formed by providing a cushioning material, which is relatively softer and more easily compressed and deformed, on the surface of the tape portion. By pressing this fastener tape against the locked member, it is possible to lock without damaging the cushioning material,
It is a feature of the present invention that it is possible to relieve the irritation to the skin by the hook portion when pressed against the skin.

[Function] With the fastener tape configured as described above,
Since the top of the cushioning material such as a cushioning sheet that is flexible and easily compressed and deformed is located in the gap between the hooks near the top of the hook, when the skin comes into contact with this tape, the top of the cushioning material first comes into contact with the skin. , Stimulates piercing by the hook part and softens the rough feeling when contacting the skin. The cushioning sheet can be made of non-woven fabric or the like so as to be relatively softer and more easily compressed and deformed than the hook portion. When the fastener tape is pressed against the locked member, the leg portion is deformed to expose the hook portion, and the fastener tape is easily locked to the locked member. Since the legs can be elastically restored after deformation, the function of the cushioning sheet is not impaired even if the fastener tape is repeatedly used.

FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line II-II of FIG. In the fastener tape member 4, the hook portion 3 has a T-shaped cross-section, and both wings 9 of the crown 16 of the fastener portion 3 are releasably locked to a loop (not shown) of a locked member, whereby the fastener is formed. Tape 1 functions as a fastener. The space between the hook portions 3 adjacent to each other is the gap 1
1, the loop of the locked member locks on both wings 9 after at least its tip portion has entered this gap 11.
The back surface 10 of the fastener tape member 4 is used as an attachment surface for attaching the member 4. The cushioning sheet 7 has a front surface 12 and a back surface 13, and has a planar top portion 14 that substantially fills the gap 11, leg portions 6 that extend downward along the periphery of the through hole 15 that is surrounded by the top portion 14, and the like. ing. The leg 6 usually has almost the same height as the hook 3,
The free end 15 abuts the surface 2A of the tape portion, or at least a part of the abutted free end 15 is a surface 2A.
On the other hand, the top portion 14 is positioned at a height in the vicinity of the top portion 16 of the hook portion while being joined to the base portion with an adhesive or the like. The cushioning sheet 7 is relatively more flexible than the hook portion 3 and is easily deformed by compression. When the fastener tape 1 is pressed against the locked member, the leg portion 6 is compressed and deformed like an imaginary line. Both wings 9 of the hook portion come out above the top portion 14 to facilitate locking to the locked member. In the present invention, when the cushioning sheet 7 is relatively more flexible than the hook portion 3 and is easily deformed by compression,
Thus, it means that the cushioning sheet 7 is more easily deformed than the hook portion 3 when the fastener tape 1 is pressed by the locked member or the like. The leg portion 6 is made to have elasticity so that it can return to the state of the solid line in FIG. 2 after the locked member is detached. In addition, in FIG. 1 and FIG.
Although one hook part 3 is inserted into each one, it is not always necessary to correspond in that way, and many through holes 5 may not have the hook part 3 inserted therein. In addition, it does not matter if many of the hook portions 3 are covered with the cushioning sheet 7 without being inserted into the through holes 5. However, when the hook portion 3 is covered with the cushioning sheet 7 and the hook portion 3 is not inserted into the through hole 5, the hook portion 3 is not useful for locking with the member to be locked, so that the number of such hook portions 3 may unnecessarily increase. It is desirable to determine the layout of the hook portions 3 on the surface of the fastener tape member 4 and the layout of the through holes 5 in the cushioning sheet 7 so that they will not occur.

The fastener tape member 4 can be made by the above-mentioned known or well-known technique. For example, the hook portion 3 is formed by cutting a continuous rib formed on the surface 2A of the tape portion 2 by a die at appropriate places. It can be obtained together with the gap 11 by cutting. In the hook portion 3 processed in this way, the corners 17 of the wings 9 tend to be sharp, and often give a stimulating puncture to the skin and a rough and unpleasant feeling.

As the buffer sheet 7, a non-woven fabric such as a melt-blown non-woven fabric or a spun-bonded non-woven fabric made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin such as polyethylene, or a molded article of a thermoplastic synthetic resin film such as polyethylene can be used. For melt blown nonwoven fabrics, see, for example, US Pat.
It is possible to use the manufacturing technique of the melt-blown nonwoven fabric with a cylindrical hole, which is disclosed in JP-A-1,941 and JP-A-3-51355. When the cushioning sheet 7 is a non-woven fabric, when the sheet 7 is attached to the fastener tape member 4, the fibers of the non-woven fabric have an effect of catching on the hook portion 3 and engaging the sheet 7 with difficulty in coming off, and are generally made of ultrafine fibers. When the melt-blown nonwoven fabric is used, the thin and flexible fibers are particularly apt to be caught in the sharp corner portion 17, and the effect of making the buffer sheet 7 difficult to come off is high. The synthetic resin film may be thermoformed to form the through holes 5 and the leg portions 6, and the size and position of the through holes 5 are appropriately selected to facilitate insertion and engagement of the hook portions 3. The cushioning sheet 7 can be attached by pressing the fastener tape member 4 from the back surface 13 side while inserting the hook portion 3 into the through hole 5.

The fastener tape 1 thus constructed
If the top part 14 of the cushioning sheet 7 comes into contact with the skin first, or the top part 14 and the hook part 3 come into contact with the skin almost at the same time, the hook part 3 is sharp and the rigidity is high. However, a soft feeling can be obtained. Therefore, the fastener tape 1 can be safely used for general underwear and disposable diapers, diaper covers, etc. worn by infants.

FIGS. 3 and 4 illustrate another embodiment of the present invention, and are a perspective view of the fastener tape 1 with a part thereof cut away, and a sectional view taken along line IV-IV thereof. In this embodiment, the hook portion 3 of the fastener tape member 4 has the rounded crown 16 and the shaft portion 21 having a large diameter and high rigidity, and as it is, gives a hard feeling to the skin. .. The cushioning sheet 7 has a through hole 5 having a size capable of inserting the plurality of hook portions 3 and a leg portion 6 extending downward from the back surface 13. The modes of the cross section are shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, and in FIG. 4A, the top 14 of the cushioning sheet 7 is located below the top 16 of the head. Depending on the shape of the hook portion 3, the cushion sheet 7 can exert its effect even if the hook portion 3 projects somewhat from the cushion sheet 7 as described above. In (B), the top portion 14 is located higher than the top portion 16 of the head. In this case, the cushioning sheet 7 has a particularly high cushioning effect that softens the feeling when the fastener tape 1 touches the skin. The leg portion 6 is not limited to the rib provided on the peripheral edge of the through hole 5,
It is also possible to use appropriately arranged ribs or pillars extending downward from the back surface 13 of the buffer sheet 7.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the cushion sheet 7 operates in the same manner as the cushion sheet 7, but may not take the sheet form shown in the drawings. For example, a very small part of the surface of the fastener tape member 4 is intermittently covered, and therefore an appropriate number of hook portions 3 are separated from each other, and the top portions located in the vicinity of the crown portions 16 of these hook portions and downward from this top portion. A relatively soft and easily compressive-deformable cushioning material, such as strips of cushioning sheet 7, having extending legs can be disposed on the surface of the fastener tape member 4. This cushioning material is likely to exert a cushioning effect when the length of its leg portion is equal to or larger than the height of the hook portion 3. The tips of the legs can be in contact with or joined to the surface 2A of the fastener tape member 4. In addition to the cushioning material, a foamed plastic sheet such as a flexible urethane foam sheet may be used in place of the cushioning sheet 7. In the case of a foamed plastic sheet, the sheet surface consisting of fine bubbles and the skeleton of the plastic that surrounds them is the cushioning sheet 7.
It operates similarly to the top 14 of the.
