The fastener tape obtained by these techniques may give a rough and unpleasant feel when the hook part touches the skin, or may give an unpleasant stimulus such as piercing. In particular, in the technique of cutting and cutting a rib structure portion by extrusion molding to form a hook portion, the cut and cut portion may become a sharp cut, and such a cut is engaged with a loop on the other side. Although it has the advantage of being easy, there is a problem that unpleasant stimulation when touching the skin is strong. In order to solve such a problem, U.S. Pat. No. 4,846,815 discloses a technique for imparting a roundness to the top of the hook by a melting process. Discloses a technique for imparting roundness to the top of the head. Although these techniques make it possible to soften the feel of the hook portion, the thick hook portion formed by extrusion or the like generally has high rigidity, and it is difficult to eliminate the rough and unpleasant feel when touching the skin.

[Function] In the fastener tape configured as described above,
In the vicinity of the top of the hook portion, the top of the cushioning material such as a buffer sheet that is flexible and easily deformed by compression is located in the gap between the hooks, so that when the skin comes into contact with this tape, the skin first contacts the top of the cushioning material. Relieves the stimulus of piercing with the hook part and the rough feel when coming into contact with the skin. The cushioning sheet can be made of a nonwoven fabric or the like so that it is relatively softer than the hook portion and is easily deformed by compression. When the fastener tape is pressed against the locked member, the leg portions are deformed to expose the hook portion, and the fastener tape is easily locked to the locked member. Since the legs can be elastically restored after deformation, the function of the buffer sheet is not impaired even if the fastener tape is used repeatedly.

FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line II-II of FIG. In the fastener tape member 4, the hook portion 3 has a T-shaped cross section, and the wings 9 of the top portion 16 of the hook member 3 are detachably engaged with a loop (not shown) of the member to be engaged, so that the fastener 3 is fastened. Tape 1 functions as a fastener. A gap 11 is formed between the hook portions 3 adjacent to each other, and the loop of the member to be locked is locked to the two wings 9 after at least a tip portion of the loop enters the gap 11. The back surface 10 of the fastener tape member 4 is used as a mounting surface for mounting the member 4. The buffer sheet 7
It has a flat top 14 having a front surface 12 and a back surface 13 and substantially filling the gap 11, and a leg 6 extending downward at the periphery of the through hole 5 surrounded by the top 14. The leg 6 has a height generally equal to that of the hook 3 and its free end 15 abuts against the surface 2A of the tape portion, or at least a part of the free end 15 abuts on the surface 2A with an adhesive. The top 14 is positioned at a height near the top 16 of the hook. The cushioning sheet 7 is relatively softer than the hook portion 3 and is easily deformed by compression. When the fastener tape 1 is pressed against the locked member, the leg portion 6 is compressed and deformed like an imaginary line, The hook portion wings 9 are raised above the apex portion 14 to facilitate locking to the locked member. In the present invention, when the buffer sheet 7 is relatively softer than the hook portion 3 and is easily deformed by compression, the buffer sheet 7 is hooked when the fastener tape 1 is pressed by the locked member or the like. It means that it is easier to deform than the part 3. The leg 6 has elasticity so that it can return to the state shown by the solid line in FIG. 2 after the locked member is detached. 1 and 2, one hook portion 3 is inserted into one through hole 5, but it is not always necessary to cope with such, and the hook portion 3 is inserted into many through holes 5. Some may not be done. Further, among the many hook portions 3, there may be some hook portions 3 that are not inserted through the through holes 5 and are covered and hidden by the buffer sheet 7. However, when the hook portion 3 is not covered with the buffer sheet 7 and the hook portion 3 is not inserted into the through-hole 5, the hook portion 3 is not useful for locking with the locked member. It is desirable that the layout of the hooks 3 on the surface of the fastener tape member 4 and the layout of the through holes 5 in the buffer sheet 7 be determined so as not to occur.

The fastener tape member 4 can be made by the above-mentioned known or well-known technique. For example, the hook portion 3 is formed by cutting a continuous rib formed on the surface 2A of the tape portion 2 by a mold at an appropriate position. It can be obtained together with the gap 11 by cutting. In the hook portion 3 thus processed, each corner portion 17 of the two wings 9 tends to be sharp, and often gives a piercing stimulus to the skin and a rough and unpleasant feel.

As the buffer sheet 7, a non-woven fabric such as a melt-blown non-woven fabric and a spun-bonded non-woven fabric made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin such as polyethylene, and a molded product of a thermoplastic synthetic resin film such as polyethylene can be used. For melt blown nonwoven fabrics, see, for example, US Pat.
No. 1,941, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 3-51355, etc. can be used for producing the melt-blown nonwoven fabric having a cylindrical opening. When the buffer sheet 7 is a nonwoven fabric, when the sheet 7 is attached to the fastener tape member 4, the fibers of the nonwoven fabric are hooked on the hook portions 3 and have an effect of hardly disengaging the sheet 7, and are generally made of ultrafine fibers. If it is a melt-blown non-woven fabric, the thin and flexible fibers are particularly likely to be caught on the sharp corners 17 and have a high effect of making the buffer sheet 7 hard to come off. The synthetic resin film may be thermoformed to provide the through-holes 5 and the legs 6, and the size and position of the through-holes 5 are appropriately selected to facilitate the insertion and engagement of the hooks 3. The buffer sheet 7 can be attached by pressing the fastener tape member 4 while inserting the hook portion 3 into the through hole 5 from the back surface 13 side.

The fastener tape 1 constructed as described above
Is used, the top 14 of the cushioning sheet 7 comes into contact with the skin first, or the top 14 and the hook 3 come into contact with the skin almost simultaneously, so that the hook 3 is sharp or has high rigidity. However, a soft touch can be obtained. Therefore, the fastener tape 1 can be safely used for general underwear, disposable diapers and diaper covers worn by infants and the like.

FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 illustrate another embodiment of the present invention, and are a perspective view of a fastener tape 1 partially cut away and a sectional view taken along the line IV-IV. In this embodiment, the hook portion 3 of the fastener tape member 4 has a rounded crown portion 16 and a thick shaft portion 21 having a large diameter and high rigidity, and gives a hard feeling to the skin as it is. . The buffer sheet 7 has a through hole 5 large enough to allow a plurality of hooks 3 to be inserted, and a leg 6 extending downward from the back surface 13. 4A and 4B are shown in FIG. 4A. In FIG. 4A, the top 14 of the buffer sheet 7 is located below the top 16 of the head. Depending on the shape of the hook portion 3, even if the hook portion 3 slightly protrudes from the buffer sheet 7, the buffer sheet 7 can exert its effect. In (B), the top 14 is located higher than the top 16. In this case, the buffer sheet 7 has a particularly high buffering effect for softening the feel when the fastener tape 1 touches the skin. The leg 6 is not limited to the rib provided on the periphery of the through hole 5,
Appropriately arranged ribs or columns extending downward from the back surface 13 of the buffer sheet 7 can also be used.

As an embodiment of the present invention, it works in the same way as the buffer sheet 7, but there is a case where the sheet form of the illustrated example is not adopted. For example, a very small portion of the surface of the fastener tape member 4 is intermittently covered, so that a suitable number of hook portions 3 are separated from each other, and the top portions are located near the crown portions 16 of these hook portions, and downward from this top portion. A relatively soft and easily compressible and deformable cushioning material having extended legs, for example, a small piece of the cushioning sheet 7, can be disposed on the surface of the fastener tape member 4. When the length of the leg portion is equal to or larger than the height of the hook portion 3, the cushioning material easily exerts the buffering effect. The tip of the leg can be in contact with or joined to the surface 2A of the fastener tape member 4. In addition to the cushioning material, a foamed plastic sheet exemplified by a flexible urethane foam sheet can be used in place of the cushioning sheet 7. In the case of a foamed plastic sheet, the surface of the sheet composed of fine air bubbles and a plastic skeleton surrounding the air bubbles is a cushioning sheet 7.
