ー18のいづれかの操作により無段変速装置Hの中立位
置から前進側への増速操作方向に回動するよう構成し、
その回動に伴って、バネ16,16を介して各変速アー
ム14,14が追随回動して左右後輪3,3がほぼ同一
速度で前進増速操作される。そして、各変速アーム1
4,14は、前記操縦ハンドル9における握り操作部9
aに左右一対設けた握り操作レバー19,19あるいは
搭乗運転部Aに配設した握り操作レバー20,20のい

速操作レバー18も同様に連係リンク23及び中継回動
部材24を介して連係してある。又、モーア5に対する
ベルトテンションクラッチCの歩行操縦側操作具25も
同様に、連係リンク26及び中継回動部材27を介して
連係してある。前記各中継連係部材22,24,27は
同一横軸芯X周りで回動するよう配置してある。そし
