Abstract

PURPOSE:To incorporate a new roof sheathing adequately onto an existing corrugated roof, and to improve a fine view and flashing by positively positioning the new corrugated roof sheathing by the drum section and leg section of a tight frame. CONSTITUTION:Rising sections 4, 4 are formed at both ends of a new corrugated roof sheathing 3 so as to correspond to the pitches of one crest to the pitches of the two crests of the bottom surface section 2a and crest surface section 2b of an existing corrugated roof sheathing 2, and first and second superposing surface sections 5A, 5B forming planes are led up to the rising sections 4, 14 so as to be extended to the outside. A tight frame 10 is interposed among the existing corrugated roof sheathing 2 and the superposing surface sections 5A, 5B. Each support surface section 11A, 11B, 13a, 13a, 14a, 14a, 15a, 15a of a head section 11, drum sections 13, 13, leg sections 14, 14 and fixed sections 15, 15 constituting the tight frame 10 is formed in approximately the same shape as the corresponding sections of the new corrugated roof sheathings 3, 3 and the existing corrugated roof sheathing 2. Accordingly, the new corrugated roof sheathing can be positioned positively.

2. Description of the Related Art As a conventional roof repair structure, as shown in FIG. 3, for example, a corrugated roof board b such as a small wave slate is laid on a purlin a made of a C-shaped steel as a supporting member and raised. New corrugated roof boards c, c are laid on the existing roof, and both end rising portions d, d of these new corrugated roof boards c, c.
The first and second overlapping surface portions e and f extending outwardly from the upper and lower surfaces are overlapped with each other, and the outer edge portions of the overlapping surface portions e and f of the new corrugated roof plate c are bent downward. The first and second hanging pieces g and h are formed, and the overlapping surface portions e and f of the existing corrugated roof board b and the new corrugated roof boards c and c are formed.
There is a construction in which a tight frame i is interposed between the above and the tight frame i, and the tight frame i is fixed on the purlin a through the existing corrugated roof board b by a fixing tool such as a screw j.

However, in such a conventional roof refurbishment structure, the new corrugated roof plates c, c are used.
The overlapping parts e and f of the two, the second hanging piece h of the new corrugated roof plate c on the lower side, and the head of the tight frame i are fixed to each other by fasteners such as screws k and l. Therefore, the positioning of the new corrugated roof plates c, c can be performed only by the width of the head portion of the tight frame i.

In addition, since the legs of the tight frame i supported on the valleys of the existing corrugated roof board b also serve as the fixing parts, the rain-proofing function of the existing roof can be improved in case of accidental infiltration of water. I can't accept it.

Further, when the fixing portion which is the leg portion of the tight frame i is fixed on the purlin a with a fixing tool such as a screw j,
The tight frame i is not arranged because the new corrugated roof plate c is provided so as not to contact the existing corrugated roof plate b in order to avoid the protrusion by the head of the screw j. At the site, the displacement of the newly installed corrugated roof c changes drastically due to the load condition acting on the new roof, and when a large load is applied, it is deformed by the protrusions and the like.

In addition, in a roof structure having a corrugated roof board b having a small wave shape such as a small wave slate, the pitch of the peaks and valleys of the corrugated roof board b is generally uneven. In addition, since a large number of corrugated roof boards b are often stacked at the time of transportation, the pitch of the crests and troughs of the corrugated roof boards b tends to widen and there is variation. During the repair work on the existing roof, the overlapping surface portions e and f of the new corrugated roof plates c and c adjacent to each other due to the positioning of the tight frame g are not properly assembled, which causes deterioration of aesthetics and rain. There was a problem that the performance was poor.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention relates to a new corrugated roof board on an existing roof which is constructed by laying a corrugated roof board on a supporting member. The first and second overlapping surface portions extending outwardly from the rising portions at both ends are laid so as to be vertically overlapped with the first and second overlapping surface portions of the other newly installed corrugated roof plate adjacent to each other. The outer edge portions of the first and second overlapping surface portions on both end sides of the corrugated roof plate are respectively bent downward to form the first and second hanging pieces, and the existing corrugated roof plate and new installation A roof refurbishment structure in which a tight frame is interposed between the corrugated roof plates and the first and second overlapping surface portions, and the tight frame is fixed on the support member via the existing corrugated roof plate. In the tight frame, the first and second tight corrugated roof plates are attached to each other. A head that supports the lower surface portion of the overlapping surface portion by the top surface portion and also supports the second hanging piece portion of the new corrugated roof board located below the new corrugated roof boards on one side surface thereof. And connect to this head through the shoulder,
And a trunk portion that supports the inner wall surfaces of the rising portions of the new corrugated roof boards, a leg portion that is connected to this trunk portion and that is supported by the valley surface portion on the existing corrugated roof sheet, and that is connected to this leg portion And a fixed portion supported by the mountain surface portion on the existing corrugated roof plate.

That is, according to the present invention, by adopting the above configuration, the tight frame supports the lower surface portions of the first and second overlapping surface portions of the new corrugated roof plates with the top surface portion, and A head for supporting the second hanging piece of the new corrugated roof board located below one of the new corrugated roof boards on one side surface, and a new corrugated roof board for the head via a shoulder portion. From the form in which the body part that supports the inner wall surface of the rising part of each other, the leg part that is supported by the valley surface part on the existing corrugated roof plate, and the fixed part that is supported by the mountain surface part on the existing corrugated roof plate are connected. Therefore, the new corrugated roof boards can be reliably positioned by the body portion and the leg portions of the tight frame, and the overlapping surface portions of the new corrugated roof boards adjacent to each other are properly assembled.

Further, since the fixing portion of the tight frame is supported and fixed to the mountain surface portion on the existing corrugated roof plate, and its legs are supported on the valley surface portion on the existing corrugated roof plate, the existing roof is not supported. Deterioration of rain function is minimized,
Moreover, the trough surface of the new corrugated roof plate comes into contact with or becomes close to the trough surface of the existing corrugated roof plate, and even if a load is applied, the new corrugated roof plate is displaced or deformed as before. Absent.

As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, the tight frame supports the lower surface portions of the first and second overlapping surface portions of the newly constructed corrugated roof plates, and newly installs them on the side surface portions thereof. A head that supports the second hanging piece portion of the new corrugated roof board located below the corrugated roof boards, and an inner wall surface of the rising portion between the new corrugated roof boards through the shoulder portion of the head. Since it is formed in a form in which the supporting body, the legs supported by the valley surface on the existing corrugated roof plate, and the fixed portion supported by the mountain surface on the existing corrugated roof plate are connected to each other. , The body and legs of the tight frame can surely position the new corrugated roof plate, whereby the first and second overlapping surface portions of the adjacent new corrugated roof plates can be properly positioned. Because it can be assembled, it can enhance the aesthetic appearance and rain finish. .

Further, since the fixing portion of the tight frame is supported and fixed to the mountain surface portion on the existing corrugated roof plate, and its legs are supported on the valley surface portion on the existing corrugated roof plate, the existing roof is not supported. It is possible to minimize the deterioration of the rain function, and moreover, because the valley part of the new corrugated roof board comes into contact with or becomes close to the valley surface part on the existing corrugated roof board,
Even if a load is applied, the new corrugated roof plate will not be displaced or deformed as before.
