いて、11は時計ケース、13はムーブメント、
15は文字板、16は針、17はガラスである。
ムーブメント13の上方向の位置決めは、文字板
15を介してケース11に超音波溶着されたガラ
ス17で行つている。また水平方向の位置決め部
はムーブメント13のムーブメント落径13aと
ケース11のムーブメント案内突起11cで行つ
ている。またケース11と自動組搬送用パレツト
12との位置決めはピン12aを用いることが試
みられたりした。

一般的であつた。この為、完全自動化が困難な
こと、文字板にムーブメントとの位置決め用足
15a等が必要となること、などのコスト面での
問題点を有する。

向及び垂直方向の位置決め固定をする突起と、前
記突起と平面的に重なる位置に形成される盲穴と
を有することを特徴とする。

の断面図であり、第3図はムーブメントとケース
との関係を示す平面図であつて1はケース裏ぶた
底部1aとケース胴部1mからなるケース、3は
ムーブメント部品を組込んだ地板からなるムーブ
メント、5は文字板、6は針、7はガラス、8は
電池ぶたである。ケース1の裏ぶた底部1a内方
には、ムーブメント固定用の突起1cが2箇所以
上(実施例では4箇所)設けられている。水晶振
動子、歯車、回路、コイルなどのムーブメント部
品を組込んだ地板の突起1cに対応した位置で内
周部内に設けた貫通孔3aを突起1cに装着する
ことにより、ケース1に対するムーブメント3の
水平方向位置決めを行う。また、ムーブメント3
と自動組立時に使用する自動組搬送用パレツト2
との水平方向の位置決めは、パレツト2のピン2
aとケース1の盲穴1bによつて行う。なお盲穴
1bは通し穴であつてもよい。ケース裏ぶた底部
1a及び地板位置決め用の突起1cはケース胴部
1mと同一材料のプラスチツク材からなり、一体
射出成形されている。地板位置決め用の突起1c
の先端部1eは、ムーブメント3をケース1に装
着後、超音波ステーキング(超音波かしめ)ある
いは熱かしめして突起1cのつば部1kを形成
し、段部1gによつてムーブメント3の上方向
(垂直方向)の位置決めを行なう。ケース1の材
料はABSポリカーボネートなどのプラスチツク
材料からなる。組立は、自動組搬送用パレツト2
の案内ピン2aに盲穴1bが合うようケース1を
のせ、ケース1の突起1cに貫通孔3aが合うよ
うムーブメント3を装着し、突起1℃先端部1e
を超音波かしめにてつば部1kを形成し、ムーブ
メント3をケース1に固定し、その後、文字板5
の外周部に設けたノツチ5aとケース1とで位置
決めされた足無し文字板5を装着し、針6、巻真
部4aを有するりゆうず4、ガラス7の順で行な
われる。これらの組立は全自動で行なわれ、この
為に必要となる突起1cに対する部品装着部分、
即ち、文字板入径1i、ガラス入径1j、りゆう
ず入径1電池ぶた入径1h及び自動組搬送用パ
レツト案内用の盲穴1b等の位置精度は、同一材
料にて同時射出成形される為、0.03mm程度には充
分管理可能である。また、ムーブメント3はつば
部1kにてケース1にしつかり固定されている
為、落下衝撃等で文字板5にムーブメント3の衝
撃力が加わることがない。従つて、文字板5は金
属のような剛性を必要とせず、紙やプラスチツク
フイルム、薄膜物質などの使用が可能となる。

簡単な構成で高い位置精度が確保できることか
ら、各時計部品の自動組立が極めて容易にでき
る。また、ケースには突起と平面的に重なる位置
に盲穴を形成する構成としたので、例えば、自動
組立の際に、自動組搬送用パレツトへのケースの
搭載がこの盲穴を利用して容易にできることに加
え、ケースの射出成形時における突起部の肉厚差
によつて生ずるひけ防止ができる、という効果を
有する。
