【発明の詳細な説明】
【0001】
【産業上の利用分野】この発明は、中性の射出高温気体
を溶着区域に射出する段階を包含する、熱可塑性材料の
少くとも2つの要素を溶着する溶着方法に関する。

【従来の技術】この形式の溶着方法は、米国特許第2,
220,545号明細書に記載されている。
【0003】実際に、この形式の溶着方法に対して、今
日では、溶着方法の2つの大きな分類が存する。
【0004】材料を投入して電気的加熱で遂行される、
トーチによるかつ押出溶着装置による溶着方法。溶着速
さの低いこの手動方法において、射出される気体は、圧
縮空気であるとして知られている。

の上流で高温の気体を射出するためのノズル7に連結さ

Claims (10)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項1】 高温の内部気体を溶着区域に射出する段
    階を包含する、熱可塑性材料の少くとも2つの要素
    (1,2,20)を溶着する溶着方法において、射出気
    体が、少くとも20%のヘリウムを有し、残りが、中性
    気体またはその混合物からなること、を特徴とする溶着
    方法。
