(57)【要約】 【目的】 充填機の充填ノズルの内外側部分を洗滌水を
飛散させることなく確実に洗滌殺菌する。 【構成】 洗滌水容器５の上下部に対向して充填機の充
填ノズル２を挿通できる挿嵌孔３・４を設けると共に下
部挿嵌孔４に下側に向け長筒６を一体的に突設し、充填
原料の収容タンク１内に熱湯等の洗滌水を収容し、充填
ノズル２の開閉作用により、洗滌水を充填ノズル２の内
側を流下させて洗滌殺菌した後長筒６内を上昇反流させ
て充填ノズル２の外側を洗滌殺菌して排水パイプ７から
溢流排出させる。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は充填機の充填ノズルに装着してこれを洗滌殺菌する装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
充填ノズルを充填容器に挿入して充填原料を充填するようにした充填機は、作 業終了後に、次の充填作業に備えて洗滌殺菌することが行われているが、従来は 充填原料の収容タンク内に熱湯等の洗滌水を供給し、充填ノズル内を通過させて 洗滌殺菌しているのが現状である。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら前記従来の洗滌方式は、充填ノズルの内側は洗滌殺菌できるが充 填ノズルの外側を洗滌殺菌することができないと共に洗滌水が充填機周辺に飛散 して汚す問題点がある。
【０００４】 本考案はこれらの欠陥を改善して充填ノズルの内外側を確実に洗滌殺菌できる と共に充填機に容易に着脱できる充填ノズルの洗滌装置を提供することを目的と するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は前記目的を達成するために、洗滌水容器の上下部に対向して充填ノズ ルの挿嵌孔を設け、前記下部挿嵌孔に下側に向け長筒を一体的に固着すると共に 前記洗滌水容器に排水パイプを連結したものである。
【０００６】 前記充填ノズルの上下一対の挿嵌孔は１乃至複数設けるものであり、充填ノズ ル洗滌時における洗滌水容器は充填機に係止支持するか、支持台等で支持するも のである。

【作用】
充填ノズルの挿嵌孔から充填ノズルをその先端が長筒内に位置するように洗滌 水容器を支持した後充填原料のタンク内に熱湯、その他の洗滌水を収容して充填 ノズルを開閉すると、熱湯等の洗滌水は充填ノズル内を洗滌しながら長筒の底部 から上方に還流して充填ノズル外側を洗滌して洗滌容器に滞留し排水パイプから 溢流排出される。

【実施例】
本考案の実施例を図面について説明すると、充填機に設けられたジュース、マ ヨネーズその他の充填原料を収容するタンク１の下部には公知手段で開閉する充 填ノズル２が突設され、公知のように前記充填ノズル２を充填用の容器内に挿入 して収容タンク内の充填原料を充填できるように構成されている。
【０００９】 また洗滌する充填ノズル２の数に応じて上下部に対向して前記充填ノズル２を 挿通できる挿嵌孔３・４を穿設した洗滌水容器５には下側に向け長筒６が前記下 部挿通孔４の部分に一体的に突設固着されると共に洗滌水容器５の一側部には溢 流用の排水パイプ７が取付けられ、更に図示されていないが洗滌水容器５にはこ れを充填機に係止支持するか、地上に支持する装着具が設けられている。
【００１０】 本考案の実施例は、上記のように構成されているから、洗滌水容器５を図１の 如く充填機に装着してその充填ノズル２を上部挿嵌孔３から長筒６内に挿入した 後、タンク１内に熱湯、その他の洗滌水を収容して充填ノズル２を開閉すると、 洗滌水は充填ノズル２内を流下しながら洗滌殺菌してその先端から長筒６内を上 昇に反流して充填ノズル２の外側を洗滌殺菌し洗滌水容器５内に貯流し排水パイ プ７から溢流して排水される。

【考案の効果】
本考案は充填ノズルの内外側を少量の熱湯等の洗滌水で確実に洗滌殺菌するこ とができると共に洗滌後の洗滌水が充填機周辺に飛散してこれを汚すこともなく 、しかも充填ノズルに対する着脱も容易にできる優れた特徴と実用性を有する。

    ルの挿嵌孔を設け、前記下部挿嵌孔に下側に向け長筒を

    連結したことを特徴とする充填ノズル洗滌装置。
