In the figure, a sound insulating wall 1 has sound absorbing tiles 4, 4, . . . fixed to the sound source side surface of a sound insulating wall 2 via spacers 3, 3, . To explain in more detail, the sound insulating wall 2 is made of commonly used reinforced concrete, and a formwork (not shown) is provided on the foundation, reinforcing bars 21, 21 are arranged, and a concrete material 22 is placed inside the formwork. It is formed as a continuous rigid wall by pouring. Spacers 3, 3... are fixed to the sound source side surface of the sound insulating wall 2 through mortar 5a, 5a..., and mortar 5b, 5b

Since the work of fixing the sound absorbing tiles 4 to the sound insulating wall 2 is mainly done manually on site, the fixing becomes uneven and the sound absorbing tiles 4 are likely to peel off. Another problem was that the construction period was delayed due to weather conditions.

Since the sound-absorbing tiles are attached with an elastic adhesive, they can freely resonate with the sound pressure of the noise.

It has many advantages as a panel. Moreover, the work of pasting sound-absorbing tiles becomes easier,
Moreover, accidents such as peeling are less likely to occur. Since a soundproof wall is formed by simply arranging panels continuously on anchor materials erected on site, work efficiency on site is improved and construction schedules are not delayed due to weather conditions. Furthermore, the sound-absorbing tiles are attached with elastic adhesive and can freely resonate against the sound pressure of the noise, further improving the sound-absorbing effect.
It has good performance as a soundproof wall.
