Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は、使い捨て吸収性物品に関し、さらに
詳しくは、透液性トツプシートと不透液性バツク
シートとの間に介在する吸液性コアの両横側縁か
らそれぞれ延出するフラツプから上方へ分岐する
液体バリヤー性および伸縮性部分を有するフラツ
プを有する使い捨てオムツなどの吸収性物品に関
する。
〔従来の技術とその課題〕
特開昭59−25741号公報、同62−250201号公報
などにおいて、吸収物品の両横側縁から延出して
伸縮性を有するフラツプに加えて、その両横側縁
よりも内側部位に上面から突出する液体バリヤー
性および伸縮性部分を有するフラツプを設け、こ
のフラツプで尿の物品外部への流出を防止し、こ
のフラツプの内側に尿を閉じこめる構造が提案さ
れている。
しかしながら、こうした構造は、尿の漏れ防止
に有効であるが、内側フラツプを超えてこれと外
側フラツプのギヤザーとの間に流出した尿を閉じ
こめるだけで、そこには吸液性成分が存在してい
ないので、その閉じこめられた尿に着用者の皮膚
が常に浸され、これが湿疹、かぶれなどの皮膚病
の原因となる。
本考案の目的は、上方へ分岐する液バリヤー性
および伸縮性部分を有するフラツプのその分岐部
から外方へ延出する部分の上面に吸液性を付与す
ることで、上記欠点を除去することができる吸収
性物品を提供することにある。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
前記目的を達成するための本考案の吸収性物品
は、液透過性トツプシートと、液不透過性バツク
シートと、これら両シートの間に介在する液吸収
性コアと、このコアの両横側縁から延出する第１
のフラツプと、この第１フラツプの上面から上方
へ起き上がる液バリヤー性および伸縮性分岐部分
を有する第２フラツプとを含む使い捨て吸収性物
品を前提とする。
こうした前提の構成を有する吸収性物品は公知
であるが、本考案は、前記前提において、前記第
２フラツプが前記分岐部分の基端から外方へ延出
する部分を有し、該分岐部分の外側面および該延
出部分の上面のうちの少なくとも該延出部分の上
面に吸液性を付与してある点を特徴とする。
〔実施例〕
図面を参照して、本考案の吸収性物品の一例で
ある使い捨てオムツの実施例を説明すると、以下
のとおりである。
第１図および第２図において、オムツ１は、肌
当接面に位置する透液性トツプシート２と、肌非
当接面に位置する不透液性バツクシート３と、こ
れら両シート２，３の間に介在する吸液性コア４
と、このコアの両横側から延出する第１フラツプ
５と、この第１フラツプの側縁８に連設され弾性
部材６を有する第２フラツプ７とを含む。
第２フラツプ７は、吸液性シート９と、液バリ
ヤー性および透湿性シート１０との複合シートか
らなり、その一端の折り返しでスリーブ状分岐部
分１１と、分岐部分１１の基端から外方へ延出す
る部分１２とを有し、延出部分１２の上面の図示
する幅範囲を吸液性面１３としてある。分岐部分
の上端内部にはその長さ方向へ伸縮する弾性部材
６が断面逆Ｕ字状に折り曲げられて取り付けられ
ており、これによつて、分岐部分１１はその長さ
方向への伸縮性を付与されているとともに、その
収縮力で起き上がつている。分岐部分１１の長さ
方向両端１４は、内側へ倒されて第１フラツプに
接合されているが、外側へ倒されて延出部分１２
に接合されてもよいし、また、両端１４の一方が
内側へ、かつ、その他方が外側へそれぞれ倒され
て接合されていてもよい。
第３図に示す実施例においては、第２フラツプ
７の一端の巻き込みで弾性部材６が被覆され、上
方へ分岐する部分１１ａを有し、かつ、分岐部分
１１ａの外側面および延出部財（前記符号１２で
示す相当部分）の上面のうちの図示する幅範囲を
吸液性面１３ａとしてある。
第４図に示す実施例においては、第２フラツプ
７の一端の両シート９，１０の間で弾性部材６が
挟着され、上方へ分岐する部分１１ｂを有し、か
つ、分岐部分１１ｂの外側面および延出部分（前
記符号１２で示す相当部分）の上面の図示する幅
範囲を吸液性面１３ｂとしてある。
第５図に示す実施例においては、一端およびそ
の近傍にシート１０だけが位置しその一端の巻き
込みで弾性部材６が被覆され、上方へ分岐する部
分１１ｃを有し、かつ、延出部分（前記符号１２
で示す相当部分）の上面の図示する幅範囲を吸液
性面１３ｃとしてある。
第３図ないし第５図に示すその他の構成は、第
２図に示すそれと同じである。第２図ないし第５
図に示す実施例においては、第１図に代表的に示
すように、第２フラツプの外縁にはその長さ方向
両端を残して凹欠１５が形成されている。また、
第２フラツプの一端、すなわち、オムツの背側ウ
エストの両側にはテープフアスナー１６が取り付
けられている。
なお、図示してないが、必要に応じて、第２フ
ラツプ７の凹欠１５に沿つて伸縮する弾性部材が
取付けられていてもよく、また、第２フラツプ７
の上方へ分岐する部分１１，１１ａ，１１ｂ，１
１ｃはＶ字状の二叉に形成されていてもよい。
トツプシート２は透液性不織布・多孔性プラス
チツクフイルムなど、バツクシート３は不透液性
プラスチツクフイルム・不透液性および透湿性プ
ラスチツクフイルムなど、コア４はフラツフパル
プに超吸収性ポリマー粒子を混合したものなどか
ら、それぞれ作られている。シート９は吸汗性不
織布、たとえば、繊維表面が親水化処理されてい
るポリエステル繊維のスパンボンド・メルトボン
ド・メルトブロー不織布や、ポリエステル・ポリ
プロピレンなどの疎水性繊維の不織布に前記親水
化処理繊維・レーヨンなどのセルロース系親水性
繊維がウオータージエツトで交絡されたもの、こ
れらの親水化処理または親水性繊維と前記疎水性
繊維との混合物からなるメルトボンド不織布など
が用いられる。親水化処理または親水性繊維の疎
水性繊維に対する配合は70％以上であることが好
ましい。シート１０は液バリヤー性および透湿性

〔考案の効果〕
本考案によれば、第１フラツプの上面から上方
へ分岐する第２フラツプの液バリヤー性および伸
縮性分岐部分で画成される該第２フラツプの外方
延出部分の上面が吸液性を有するから、その上方
へ分岐する部分を超えてその外方延出部分に流出
する尿がその表面で吸収されるとともに、その外
方延出部分に接触する着用者の肌からの汗が吸収
される。したがつて、その外方延出部分に流出し
た尿に着用者の皮膚が浸されることに起因する湿
疹、かぶれなどの皮膚病の原因をなくすことがで
きる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 液透過性トツプシートと、液不透過性バツク
    シートと、これら両シートの間に介在する液吸
    収性コアと、このコアの両横側縁から延出する
    第１フラツプと、この第１フラツプの上面から
    上方へ起き上がる液バリヤー性および伸縮性分
    岐部分を有する第２フラツプとを含む使い捨て
    吸収性物品であつて、 前記第２フラツプが前記分岐部分の基端から
    外方へ延出する部分を有し、該分岐部分の外側
    面および該延出部分の上面のうちの少なくとも
    該延出部分の上面に吸液性を付与してあること
    を特徴とする前記吸収性物品。 (2) 前記第２フラツプの少なくとも前記延出部分
    が上面に位置する吸液性シートと下面に位置す
    る液バリヤー性および透湿性シートとの複合シ
    ートからなる請求項１記載の吸収性物品。 (3) 前記吸液性シートが不織布からなる請求項２
    記載の吸収性物品。 (4) 前記不透液性シートおよび透湿性シートが不
    織布または微細多孔性プラスチツクフイルムか
    らなる請求項２記載の吸収性物品。 (5) 前記第２フラツプの少なくとも上端には弾性
    部材が取り付けられ、この弾性部材がその第２
    フラツプの一部で被覆されている請求項１記載
    の吸収性物品。
