2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, expanded polystyrene products have been widely used in the fields of packaging and transportation, but used expanded polystyrene products are discharged from households and factories as waste, and incinerated. Generally, they are transported to landfills or landfills for disposal, but since the expanded polystyrene product waste has a large capacity, it is bulky and difficult to handle even if it is stored as garbage, making it difficult to transport. In addition to being difficult to incinerate, there is a problem that incineration as waste requires a large amount of combustion energy because of its high combustion temperature and accelerates damage to the incinerator. Also, used polystyrene foam products can be reused. There is also a problem that waste of global resources would be wasted if it is disposed of as waste without doing so. Also in view of society in general as well as the field only it has been strongly desired.

An apparatus for producing a synthetic resin recycled raw material from waste of expanded polystyrene products according to the present invention, which was made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, has a method of collecting crushed pieces of expanded polystyrene products. A supply hopper, a horizontally extending compression molding chamber provided in a lower portion of the hopper, and a gate which is reciprocally movable in the axial direction in the compression molding chamber and closes a front end opening of the compression molding chamber when advancing. A press plate that crushes the crushed pieces between to form a plate, and a controller that controls the movement of the press plate according to a signal input from an encoder that detects the amount of movement of the press plate. As the reciprocating motion is repeated and the plate-shaped regenerated raw material is sequentially formed in the front part of the compression molding chamber and laminated, the press plate is moved by the controller by an amount corresponding to an increase in the total thickness of the regenerated raw material. It is characterized in that it has to be reciprocated with small Toe.

The press plate 4 is, as shown in FIG.
The ball jack 8 is supported by the shaft 8a and is connected to the ball jack 8, and the ball jack 8 is connected to the servomotor 5 via a pulley speed reducer 9. By driving the servomotor 5, the inside of the compression molding chamber 2 is predetermined. It is configured to move freely with thrust. And this press plate 4
Reciprocating motion is repeated to sequentially form the plate-shaped regenerated raw material 11 in the front part of the compression molding chamber 2, and the press plate 4 is formed by the controller 7 as the regenerated raw material 11 is laminated. It reciprocates while reducing the amount of movement by an amount corresponding to the increase in thickness. The encoder 6 is provided adjacent to the rotary shaft 9a of the pulley reducer 9, and is configured to detect the amount of movement of the press plate 4 by detecting the amount of rotation of the rotary shaft 9a. Also, when the signal output from the encoder 6 is input to the controller 7, for example, an emergency stop signal or the like is output according to a program input in advance to immediately stop the servo motor 5.

Although the servo motor 5 is used as the drive source of the press plate 4 in the above embodiment, a hydraulic cylinder or the like may be used if a larger pressing force is required. In this case, since there is no pulley speed reducer 9 as described above, the encoder 6 may be installed adjacent to the shaft 8a, for example.

The above-mentioned structure is used by being installed in a place such as a fish market or an electric appliance store where a large number of expanded polystyrene packaging boxes are put out.
When a crushed piece of expanded polystyrene product crushed to a side of 10 to 50 cm is supplied into the compression molding chamber 2 from the hopper 1 by a predetermined amount, a press plate 4 (contact pressure 60 kg / cm 2 , thrust 16)
The pressure is applied to t) to reduce the volume to about 1/30 to 1/15 to form a plate-like recycled raw material 11 having a thickness of about 5 to 10 mm. In this case, the stroke amount of the press plate 4 is calculated in advance and the data is input to the controller 7, and the comparison calculation between the movement amount measured by the encoder 6 and the data is immediately performed. When a press defect occurs due to the supply of crushed pieces from the hopper 1 or the inclusion of foreign matter, an abnormal signal is issued to stop the servo motor 5 and display an alarm. In this way, the regenerated raw material material 11 compressed into a plate shape one after another is formed and layered. For example, when the total thickness becomes about 50 cm, the gate 3 of the hopper 1 is opened and discharged. After that, by closing the gate 3 again and repeating the same procedure, a large number of the regenerated raw material materials 11 arranged to have substantially the same size are discharged in a layered state. The block for recycled raw material is 1/30 to 1/15 of the original volume.
It is crushed to a certain degree, has excellent handleability, and can be stored and transported in an extremely compact manner.

As is apparent from the above description, the present invention is to immediately dispose of used expanded polystyrene products as waste in the field without immediately disposing of them by incineration processing or landfill processing. In addition to being able to be recovered as a synthetic resin recycled raw material with a small volume, it can be easily and efficiently transported to a recycling plant, and since each of them is a plate-shaped product, it remains as it is. If it is cut, it has an advantage that it can be recycled as a high-quality pellet-shaped synthetic resin raw material, and that a series of collection costs such as transportation and storage in the recycling process can be extremely reduced.
Therefore, the present invention has an extremely great contribution to the development of the industry as an apparatus for producing a synthetic resin recycled raw material from the waste of expanded polystyrene products, which eliminates the conventional problems.
