Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a high-grade grained moire napped pile fabric of different colors having high aesthetic properties by doubling interlaced combined filament yarns of mutually different components, subjecting the doubled yarn to interlacing treatment and weaving or knitting the resultant conjugate yarn. CONSTITUTION:Yarns (A) and (B) prepared by mutually interlacing single filaments in multifilaments of different components with air are doubled and interlaced with air. Interlaced parts (Z) of the mutually interlaced single filaments have a sufficient interlacing strength and slippage between the different components is hardly caused with tension in weaving or knitting step. The resultant yarn is woven or knitted into napped piles to produce a desired grained moire feeling of different colors.

2. Description of the Related Art In order to improve the aesthetics of a napped pile sheet for a vehicle, there has been a product in which a so-called multi-colored yarn having two or more colors is used for the napped pile. An example thereof is regular polyester multifilament yarn (hereinafter referred to as SD yarn) and cationic dyeable polyester multifilament yarn (hereinafter referred to as CD yarn) are aligned, or twisted together, and after warping, warp It is a peculiar napped pile sheet that has been made into a napped pile sheet by a knit double russel or tricot pole machine, combined with a dispersion cationic dye, and subjected to post-finishing after post-dying. However, when different multi-filaments with different components are aligned and knitted in the same stitch, the different colored patterns of the napped pile are not necessarily uniform due to slippage due to tension fluctuations of the multi-filament yarns, and the warp or Yangyanagi is partially Color tone unevenness occurred, which was a major drawback of this type of product, and deteriorated the quality. As a method of controlling the movement of the different component multifilament yarns due to slippage during knitting, for example, there is a method of twisting an SD yarn and a CD yarn. For example, by giving 100 to 300 T / M of ply twist, which is called general sweet twist to polyester multifilament, to warp the 75d SD yarn and the CD yarn, warping is greatly prevented and the mutual movement of the SD yarn and the CD yarn during knitting is greatly prevented. Yes, but the lower limit of 100T
Even under the condition of / M, the number of twists is an average of 1 turn / cm, and a striped pattern of 1 mm or less on a napped pile is a so-called melange mix tone, and the appearance is far from a different grain tone. Further, it is theoretically possible to impart a sweet twist of 100 T / M or less, but fluctuations in the number of twists are likely to occur, and the twisting movement in the length direction can be caused by sliding between the plied yarn and the yarn guide. It tends to occur and is extremely unstable, which is not preferable. As a method of imparting 100 times or more of confounding with different components, 1
Even with a soft twist of 00 T / M or less, for example, air entanglement with an entanglement degree of 70 pcs / m is generally used, and an air entanglement nozzle is currently used to mix SD and CD yarns with an air entanglement number of 70 ± 10 pcs / m. Pile pile dyeing sheet material using is also in practical use. However, multifilament mutual (eg CD yarn and S
(D yarn) is subjected to air mixing treatment as it is, it becomes a mixed color melange-like napped pile sheet with very many filament mix-like parts in which the different-component filaments of SD yarn of CD yarn are entangled with each other. You can't get a different pile pile sheet. With regard to the appearance feature of the different-colored grain-like napped pile of the present invention, the same-colored napped pile having a diameter of about 1.0 to 10 mm, preferably about 2.0 to 6 mm, having different shades of color, hue, and gloss is shown. It is preferable that the groups are adjacent to each other by 70% or more, and the portion where the same color tone portion is continuous is 5 times or less of the designed diameter. In other words, rice-sized to soybean-sized different-colored napped piles are napped pile sheets that are randomly expressed with 70% or more of the portions where the same-colored grains do not adjoin each other. The aesthetic appearance is extremely good, and even if it remains as it is, it has a sufficient commercial value. Furthermore, this napped pile can be overprinted. It is possible to obtain a product similar in appearance to the present invention at first glance by a method of performing print dyeing on a napped pile sheet of the same component instead of the napped pile anti-dyeing method of different color components. With the difference, the quality is far below the desired product.

[0006] Next, it is the most important point to increase the value of the product of the present invention by using a plurality of different multifilaments that have been previously entangled, and aligning them to give a second stage interlace. It is preferably an integer fraction of the number, generally about 1/2 to 1/3. That is, a level of 5 to 20 / m is more effective than a correction width of 15 to 45 / m, which is the number of entangled single yarns. A known air entanglement nozzle can be used for the second stage multi-interlacing, but the point to be noted is that the second stage interlace entanglement has a longer unit length than the first stage single yarn interlace air entanglement condition. The number of interlaces applied per unit is small, but the required air pressure is high and needs to be determined. Compared with single yarn interlacing, the method of interlacing multiple yarns may require more entanglement energy, but interlacing multiple multifilaments that have been air entangled in advance is the first step for opening single yarn filaments. This is because the interlacing part of the interlace becomes an obstacle and the efficiency of the interlacing is poor. Until now, as a common sense, it has been almost never practiced to draw and entangle yarns that have been air-entangled once more, because of air-entanglement efficiency. The inventor of the present invention breaks the conventional wisdom and creates a unique grain-like different tone sheet by taking advantage of this inefficient two-stage interlace. This point will be described in more detail with reference to FIG.

A model of a composite yarn in which yarns A and B in which heterogeneous multifilaments are air-entangled respectively are aligned and air-entangled is shown. Although FIG. 1 is shown as an explanatory diagram for emphasizing the effect by only showing the model, the near-perfect mixed portion of the multi-filament of different components due to the single yarn air entanglement is greatly reduced as compared with the normal filament entanglement. However, the entanglement strength of the Z-part entanglement in the figure is sufficient, and unlike the so-called twisted yarns, the tension between knitting and weaving processes is unlikely to cause misalignment between the different component yarns. When this is done, a desired grainy different-colored dullness can be expressed.

In the two-stage air entanglement treatment as described above, the different-component multifilaments are preliminarily air-entangled with each other, and then a plurality of already entangled yarns are aligned in a separate step to perform the second-stage entanglement treatment. However, it is preferable to continuously perform the two-stage entanglement treatment because the production efficiency becomes high. That is,
In a so-called synthetic fiber manufacturing process in which a high-molecular polymer is spun and drawn, a heterogeneous polymer is spun adjacently
In the drawing step, first-stage air entanglement is first applied after drawing, and then a plurality of entangled yarns are aligned and then gripped by the opposite roller, air-entangled under the tension required for the second-step air entanglement, and then wound. It is a format that allows Laura to wind up. Of course, in this case, so-called melt-spun polymers such as, for example, regular polyester semi-dal polymer and cationic dyeable polymer or any regular polyester polymer and 6-6NY polymer are combined with entangled yarns, but there is no particular limitation, but generally different spinning types are used. It cannot be said that it is appropriate for a combination of heterogeneous filament yarns, that is, a combination of melt spinning and dry spinning or wet spinning, and a discontinuous two-stage entangled system is preferable. Hereinafter, the different color grain-like napped pile fabric of the present invention will be described with reference to Examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

Example 1 Polyethylene terephthalate multifilament yarn 75
d-36f (A), polyester multifilament cation dyeable yarn 75d-36f (B) and nylon semi-dual multifilament yarn (C) 70d-24f were individually air-entangled by a general-purpose interlace nozzle. The air pressure was controlled in the range of 3.0 to 4.5 kg / m 2 so that each confounding number was N = 30 to 40 per m. The three entangled yarns thus obtained were aligned and re-interlaced so that the number of entanglement between the three yarns was set to N = 10 to 15 / m and the entanglement process was performed. After warping this two-stage entangled yarn, it is used for a pile reed of a 28-gauge tricot pole machine, and the ground portion is a polyester false twist two-stage processed yarn 200d.
-72f, full set arrangement, reed jogging motion is ground 1-0 / 1-2, pile 0-1 / 1-0
The warp knitted fabric was created under the conditions of. This knitted fabric was subjected to high-pressure polyester dispersion, cation dyeing, nylon acid dyeing, and brushed shirring finish processing. The appearance of the obtained napped pile fabric is that the regular polyester dyeing part of the dispersion dyeing, the polyester dyeing part of the cationic dyeing, and the nylon dyeing part are different in color and adjacent to each other in a granular form, and the napped pile fabric is excellent in dullness and has an extremely beautiful appearance. became. In addition, it was in a high-quality state in which there were almost no warp defects in which the same-colored portions flowed in a streak-like pattern.

Example 2 Polyethylene terephthalate [titanium oxide content 0.4
7% by weight and an intrinsic viscosity of 0.585 (measured in a mixed solvent of phenol / tetrachloroethane 3/2 at 20 ° C.)] and a semi-dal polyester and sodium 3,5-di (carboxy) benzenesulfonate of 2.5. Cation dyeable polyester consisting of mol% polyethylene terephthalate (titanium oxide content 0.41% by weight intrinsic viscosity 0.52) was spun individually from adjacent spinning nozzles, and each 100d-36f multifilament after stretching. 30 each with interlaced nozzles
A entanglement of K / m was applied. Next, the different resin polyester multifilaments were continuously aligned through a yarn guide, and a second stage interlace under overfeed of 5.1% was applied between the nip roller grips with 2. The air pressure was set to 4.7 kg / cm 2 so that the number of interlaced 200d-72f composite yarns by the second-stage interlace was 15 / m. It was wound into a cheese shape with a twisting roller. The obtained composite yarn was used for a pile reed of a 28 gauge tricot hole machine as in Example 1, and the ground yarn was polyester false twist two-stage processed yarn 200d-72f.
In the same manner as in the example, after producing the warp knitted fabric, a different colored napped pile fabric was obtained by the same dyeing process. The appearance of the obtained napped pile fabric is such that the disperse dyed napped pile portion and the cation-dyeable napped pile portion are adjacent to each other in a granular manner, and no striped streaks are observed. The napped pile fabric is extremely aesthetic.

COMPARATIVE EXAMPLE 1 Using the same material as in Example 2, omitting the single yarn interlace of the present invention and aligning the multi-component multi-filament yarns, the air-entangled interlace in the composite yarn state is 15 stitches / each.
Two types of composite yarns of m and 30 stitches / m were obtained by the conventional method, and woven dyeing finishing was performed in the same manner as in Example 2 to obtain two types of different-color napped pile sheets. Although the two kinds of different colors were observed, the granular mix part and the mixed fiber mix part were mixed and the appearance was poorer than that of Example 2 and the effect of the present invention was recognized again.
