ンターコネクタにおいて、前記基板側の導電層は
連続して設け、前記表面側の導電層は絶縁接着層
で周囲を囲まれる如く設けたことを特徴とする。

形成されている。表面側の導電層15は絶縁接着
層12と交互に断続的に設けることにより、絶縁
接着層12に周囲を囲まれる如く設けられてお
り、ある程度の接着性を持つている。
