Recently, attention has been focused on the latter from the viewpoint of dust clogging resistance.

難しい。(Problems to be solved by the invention) Difficulty in forming desired grooves. For example, in the attached Figure 4, grooves 10 and 6 with a square cross section are shown.
Although a pen nib A 0 with a circular cross section as a whole is shown, even if the nib A 0 has a simple shape such as a cannonball shape with a pointed tip or a glass pen shape, Since the groove 10 functions as an ink passage, it must be able to hold and discharge the ink by capillary force, and therefore it must be extremely thin . Even if a molding method such as extrusion molding or injection molding is used to form the groove, the protrusion provided on the die etc. for forming the groove cannot be made too large, and as a result, the die etc. may suffer from wear etc. Moreover, in order to increase the capillary force, it is desirable that the cross-sectional shape of the groove be complicated, but it is not necessary to complicate the protrusion provided on the die for such a shape. Extremely difficult.

もできる。(Example) FIG. 1 shows a first example. This example nib
The shape of A 1 and the groove 1 1 is the same as that of the pen tip A 0 described above. However, they are not all integrally molded, but the bottom member 21, which is located in the center and has a circular cross section and forms the bottom of the groove 11 , and the bottom member 6 that forms the side wall of the groove 11 .
It is twisted with a side wall member 3 1 having a fan-shaped cross section,
The side wall member 3 1 is joined to the bottom member 2 1 by sintering. That is, these members 2 1 and 3 1 are first sintered to form ceramic products, and then aligned using an adhesive that is removed by the sintering process as necessary. It is obtained by performing the sintering process again, or by aligning the pre-sintered molded products of these members 2 1 and 3 1 and performing the sintering process. In addition, molded products and ceramic products before sintering treatment can also be used.

い。 Next, FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment. The pen nib A2 of this example differs from the previous pen nib A1 in the shape of the groove 12 . That is, by positioning the side wall members 3 2 in contact with each other on the bottom member 2 2 , the groove 1
2 has a V-shaped cross section. As can be seen from this example, if the bottom member is located at the bottom of the groove, it does not necessarily have to form the bottom of the groove itself.

The pen nib A 3 in this example has a square cross section as a whole, and the groove 1 3 is formed by a bottom member 2 3 and four side wall members 3 3 having a square cross section. As can be seen from this example, the shape of the pen tip, the number of grooves, etc. can be made as appropriate, and the bottom member 2 3 and the side wall member 3 3
Positioning for joining by sintering can also be facilitated.
以上述べた他にも種々変形することができる。

For example, the bottom member does not necessarily have to be at the center of the nib.

Therefore, the groove can have a more complicated cross-sectional shape. This method of joining has the great practical effect of not only making it possible to form a strong integral part, but also making it possible to form a thin groove with strong capillary force by aligning the members with each other.
