【発明の詳細な説明】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は自勧変速装置を組み込ん
だ自動車において、機械的仕組みを用いて、アクセルペ
ダルをブレーキペダルと踏み誤フても車が作動しない仕
組みである。
【従来の技術】踏み誤りに配慮する設計はされていなか
った。このことを自動変速装置の中で考えようとすると
この装置の利点がが消されてしまうため困難であった。
【発明が解決しようとする課題】自動変速装置を組み込
んだ自動車を運転する者がアクセルペダルをブレーキペ
ダルだと踏み誤り、車を暴走させる例は跡をたたない。
これは運転未熟者だけでなく、熟練者においても起こっ
ている。この機械の操作システムに問題点があった。
【課題を解決するための手段】ブレーキペダルと間違え
てアクセルペダルを踏み込んだ時、アクセルペダルが動
かないと良い。それはブレーキペダルの踏み込み動作に
対し、アクセルペダル操作の動きを変えてしまうことで
解決した。
【作用】誤作動は防止でき、仕組みも簡単な変更です
み、操作疲れも却って少ない。
【実施例】ブレーキペダルを踏み込んだ図1ような勧作
で、誤フてアクセルペダルを踏み込んだ場合でも図2の
ような膝関節6を支点とした足を前後させることでアク
セル操作を行うので、アクセルペダルは動かない。車を
誤作勧させてしまうことは避けられる。また同様に図3
のようなかかとを支点として爪先を左右に動かすことに
よってアクセル操作が出来るものも、ペダル操作が違う
ため、この種のミスが起こらない。また図4のように爪
先を支点とし、かかとを左右に勧かすことによって操作
できるアクセルペダルをもつものも同様である。図5の
アクセルペダル4はブレーキペダルを踏み込む動作で踏
み込まれても、その支点3で力を受け止めペダルの位置
が下がることはないのでアクセル操作に著しい変化がで
ない。しかも図5のアクセルペダルは足全体の重さを支
点で支えるので、操作による疲れは少ない。なおアクセ
ル操作は始めのうちはかかとを上げるような気持で、さ
らにエンジン回転を上げる時は爪先を踏み込むことによ
って行う。
【発明の効果】始動時に起こるペダル踏み誤りの事故を
