By the way, in the conventional vehicle engine mount structure as described above, since the weight of the engine 6 is supported by the plate material of the dart lower panel 3, vibrations of the engine 6 are easily transmitted into the vehicle interior. To prevent this, a large amount of sound insulation material is required. Furthermore, since the weight of the engine 6 is supported by the dart lower panel 3 and the dart lower reinforcement 4, these members 3 and 4 must have a certain strength, which increases the size of the parts.
There is a problem that the wall thickness increases, resulting in an increase in cost and weight.

In the present invention, the means to solve the above problem is to install a tubular reinforcing stay between the engine mounting part of the darts lower panel on the passenger compartment side and the floor panel in the engine mount structure as described above. A gusset member is provided that is stretched to a position shifted from the position in the vehicle width direction and that a linear member is passed through the tubular reinforcing stay to connect the mounting position and the reinforcing stay.

In this embodiment, the structure of the vehicle body is the same as the conventional one, so the same members as the conventional one are given the same reference numerals as the conventional one, and the explanation thereof will be omitted. In the present embodiment, an engine mount bracket 5 is attached to the engine compartment 1 side of the dart lower panel 3, and a reinforcement for reinforcing the dart lower 3 is attached to the passenger compartment 2 side of the engine mount bracket 3 to which the engine mount bracket 5 is attached. This reinforcing stay is a tubular member, and as shown in FIG. 2, its mounting position is shifted in the vehicle width direction with respect to the engine mount bracket 5, and a gusset is installed between the reinforcing stay 20 and the mounting position. I'm trying to stretch the parts.

It is possible to prevent parts such as the engine mount bracket 5 and the dart lower panel 3 from becoming larger and thicker, and space for the arrangement of linear members is secured, making it possible to utilize the space effectively.

As explained above, according to the present invention, in the engine mount portion of a vehicle, a tubular reinforcing stay is stretched between the dash lower panel and the interior side of the engine mounting portion at a position shifted in the vehicle width direction from the bracket mounting position of the dash lower panel, and a gusset member is provided which passes a linear member through the tubular reinforcing stay and connects between the mounting position and the reinforcing stay. This not only improves the strength of the engine mount and reduces the amount of soundproofing material used, but also prevents the engine mount bracket, dash lower panel, and other components from becoming larger and thicker, and further makes effective use of space, resulting in reduced costs and vehicle weight.
