可能となり、また前記揺動板5を前記第1側板2
よりも起立高さの低い第2側板3を介して傾倒可
能に支持しているために、前記揺動板5の外部圧
力による撓みを少なくできて、前記綴り具に綴じ
込まれた紙片が取外れたりするのを確実に防止す
ることができ、しかも前記揺動板5は、前記ばね
10を介して前記第2側板3に対し常時傾倒方向
に付勢されていることから、前記ロツク体6と前
記押え体7とのロツクを解除したとき、前記揺動
板5を前記ばね10を介して外方側に自動的に傾
倒させることができるのであり、従つて前記揺動

みを、非常に簡単に行い得るに至つたのである。
