Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement of a hanger support rod used when, for example, a hanger is hung on and off a locking portion located at a high place.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-9879, a predetermined length is provided below the hanger so that the hook of the hanger can be easily detached from the engaging portion provided at a high place. In the hanger support rod that is attached directly to the hanger so as to protrude and support the hanger, the support rod is a coupling body in which the lower end of the upper rod and the upper end of the lower rod are rotatably coupled, and this mutual coupling A locking device is provided on the part to hold the axial connection between the upper and lower rods, and the upper end of the upper rod is rotatably fitted on a locking shaft provided in parallel with the upper front surface of the hanger. A hanger support rod is known.
[0003]
When the hanger support bar is not in use, after unlocking the upper rod and the lower rod, which are locked in a linear state by a locking device, the lower rod is rotated about the connecting shaft as the upper rod. By being overlapped with each other, it can be folded compactly. Also, when using the hanger support rod, the folded state of the upper heel and the lower heel is released and the lower heel is rotated so as to be positioned on the straight line with the upper heel, and then this linear state is maintained by the lock device. Thus, the support state of the hanger can be stabilized when the hook of the hanger is hooked on the locking portion at a high place.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The hanger support bar described in the above publication can change the length only in two stages of the expanded state and the folded state of the upper and lower ridges, so that the hangers are in a relatively low position. When hung from the hanger, the unfolded dimension of the hanger support bar becomes longer than necessary, and this support bar may become an obstacle. In order to prevent such a situation, if the length of the upper hook and the lower hook are set so as to shorten the unfolded dimension of the hanger support rod, the hanger support is supported when the hanger locking portion is at a high position. There is a problem that even if a rod is used, the hook of the hanger cannot be easily hooked on the locking portion.
[0005]
Further, since the lower heel is pivotally displaced about the shaft portion provided at the connecting portion between the lower end of the upper heel and the upper end of the lower heel, the lower heel is shifted from the unfolded state to the folded state. When folding the lower heel after hooking the hanger on the locking part using a stick, a space for rotating the lower heel is required, and in the storage part where a large number of clothes are stored, the lower part There was a problem that it was difficult to shift the cocoon from the unfolded state to the folded state.
[0006]
In view of such circumstances, the present invention provides a hanger support bar that can adjust the hanger support bar to a required length during use with a simple configuration.
[0007]

The inclination angle α of the upper taper surface 8a is such that the taper surface 8a located on the upper side of the recess 8 stands at a steep angle as compared with the lower taper surface 8b. It is set larger than the inclination angle β.
[0017]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a bottom plate 9 that covers the bottom surface is provided at the lower end of the upper member 1, and a tongue piece 10 for retaining is provided at the bottom of the substrate 5. . The tongue piece 10 for retaining is formed by cutting the substrate 5 into an inverted U shape, and is inclined in a forwardly rising state so that the tip portion protrudes outward of the upper member 1. ing.
[0018]
As shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, the lower member 2 has a C-shaped cross section including a substrate 11, a pair of left and right side plates 12, 12, and protrusions 13, 13 projecting inward from the tip portion. The lower member 2 is externally fitted to the upper member 1 so as to be slidably connected to the upper end of the lower member 2, and the leading ends of the side plates 12, 12 are connected to each other. A connecting plate 14 is provided. A bottom plate 15 is provided at the lower end of the lower member 2 to cover the bottom surface.
[0019]
An urging member comprising a spring plate 16 formed by cutting a part of the substrate 11 into a U shape is provided on the upper portion of the substrate 11. The spring plate 16 is inclined so as to be raised so that the tip end portion protrudes outward of the lower member 2. The spring plate 16 is formed so that its plate thickness is thinner than that of the substrate 11, so that a step portion 16 a that protrudes inward of the lower member 2 is formed at the rear surface base end portion of the spring plate 16. ing. In addition, a pair of left and right upright plates 18, 18 each having a cylindrical pin 17 projecting on the outer surface are projected on the upper side of the spring plate 16 on the upper side of the substrate 11. A rectangular window hole 19 is formed above 16.
[0020]
As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the regulating member 3 includes a substrate 21 in which a plurality of protrusions 20 serving as anti-slip portions are formed on the lower surface, and a peripheral wall plate 22 provided on the outer peripheral portion of the substrate 21. A pair of slits 23 and 23 are formed on the left and right side portions of the peripheral wall portion 22, respectively, and the projections 18 and 18 of the lower member 2 protrude between the slits 23 and 23. An engagement hole 24 into which the provided pin 17 is inserted is formed.
[0021]
In addition, a locking projection piece 25 is provided on the upper surface of the back surface of the substrate 21 so as to pass through the window hole 19 provided in the substrate 11 of the lower member 2 and enter the back surface side. A pair of upper and lower tapered surfaces 25a and 25b inclined in the tapering direction are provided at the distal end of the locking protrusion 25. The tapered surfaces 25a and 25b correspond to the tapered surfaces 8a and 8b of the concave portion 8 formed on the substrate 5 of the upper member 1, and the tapered surface 25a located on the upper side is more than the tapered surface 25b on the lower side. The inclination angle is set to stand up at a steep angle.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 1, the hanger 4 includes a hanger body 27 provided with a hanging hook 26 at the upper end portion, and a support rod 28 for supporting trousers provided at the lower end portion of the hanger body 27. A pair of left and right upright plates 29, 29 project from the upper front surface of the hanger body 27, and the engaging portion 7 of the upper member 1 is externally fitted between the upright plates 29, 29. The mounting shaft 30 is fixed.
[0023]
In the above configuration, the upper member 1 and the lower member 2 are slidably connected by inserting the lower end portion of the upper member 1 into the lower member 2 from the upper end opening of the lower member 2. When the lower end portion of the upper member 1 is inserted into the lower member 2, the distal end portion of the retaining tongue piece 10 provided at the lower end portion of the upper member 1 is pushed by the substrate 11 of the lower member 2. Therefore, the upper member 1 and the lower member 2 can be connected without being obstructed by the tongue piece 10.
[0024]
Further, the peripheral wall portion 22 of the restriction member 3 is externally fitted along the outer surface of the upright plates 18 and 18 projecting from the substrate 11 of the lower member 2, and the pin 17 is engaged with the engagement hole of the peripheral wall portion 22. By inserting it into 24, the restricting member 3 is attached to the upper end of the lower member 2 in a swingable manner with the pin 17 as a fulcrum. Since the pair of slits 23 and 23 are formed in the peripheral wall portion 22 of the regulating member 3, when the peripheral wall portion 22 is externally fitted along the outer side surfaces of the upright plates 18 and 18, the peripheral wall portion 22. The pin 17 can be easily inserted into the engagement hole 24 by elastically deforming the left and right side portions of the engagement hole 24.
[0025]
In the attached state of the restriction member 3, as shown in FIG. 11, the tip of the spring plate 16 provided on the lower member 2 abuts against the substrate 21 of the restriction member 3, and the spring plate 16 causes the restriction member 3 to Since the lower end portion is biased in a direction away from the substrate 11 of the lower member 2, the locking protrusion 25 provided on the upper surface of the back surface of the regulating member 3 is pressed toward the substrate 5 side of the upper member 1, The distal end portion of the locking protrusion 25 is engaged with the recess 8 provided in the upper member 1. As a result, the lower member 2 is locked by the restriction member 3, and the slide displacement between the upper member 1 and the lower member 2 is effectively restricted.
[0026]
When the lower member 2 is pulled downward in a state where the engaging portion 7 of the upper member 1 is externally fitted to the mounting shaft 30 of the hanger body 27 and the hanger support rod is attached to the hanger body 27, the locking protrusion The lower taper surface 25b provided at the tip of the piece 25 is brought into pressure contact with the taper surface 8b of the recess 8, so that the locking state of the lower member 2 by the restriction member 3 is automatically released, and the lower member 2 slides downward along the upper member 1.
[0027]
That is, since the tapered surface 25b of the locking protrusion 25 and the tapered surface 8b of the recess 8 are inclined so as to rise gently, the locking protrusion 25 according to the tensile force of the lower member 2. When the taper surface 25b of 25 is slid along the taper surface 8b of the recess 8, the regulating member 3 is driven so as to swing and displace with the pin 17 as a fulcrum, and the locking protrusion 25 is the lower member 2. As a result of being led out of the concave portion 8 and automatically releasing the locking state of the lower member 2 by the restricting member 3, it is allowed to slide the lower member 2 downward.
[0028]
Accordingly, after the lower member 2 is pulled downward and slid in a stepwise manner, the locking protrusions 25 are engaged with the recesses 8 disposed at predetermined positions of the upper member 1, thereby the hanger. The lower member 2 can be locked by the restriction member 3 in a state where the support bar is extended to a necessary length. Further, as shown in FIG. 12, when the lower member 2 is pulled down to the lowest position, the step portion 16a provided at the upper portion of the lower member 2 and the tip portion of the tongue piece 10 provided at the lower portion of the upper member 1 are disposed. The sliding movement of the lower member 2 is restricted, so that the lower member 2 is prevented from being pulled out from the upper member 1.
[0029]
By extending the hanger support bar having the upper member 1 and the lower member 2 slidably connected as described above to a required length, the hanger 4 on which the clothes are hung is lifted by the hanger support bar. The hanger 4 can be hung by easily hooking the hanging hook 26 on a latching portion made of a hanging bar or the like provided in the upper part of the clothes dance or closet. Further, when taking out the clothes housed in the clothes dance or the like, the hanging hook 26 can be easily detached from the locking portion by pushing up the hanger 4 with the hanger support rod. .
[0030]
When the hanger support rod is not used, the lower portion of the regulating member 3 is pushed in the direction indicated by the arrow A in FIG. Accordingly, the restricting member 3 is oscillated and displaced with the pin 17 as a fulcrum, thereby retracting the locking protrusion 25 out of the recess 8 and forcing the locked state of the lower member 2 by the restricting member 3. Release to. In this state, the lower member 2 is pushed up and slid upward along the upper member 1 so that the overall length of the hanger support rod is reduced in a compact manner.
[0031]
Thus, the upper member 1 attached to the hanger body 5, the lower member 2 slidably coupled along the upper member 1, and the regulating member 3 that locks the lower member 2 and restricts the sliding displacement thereof. Is provided so that the locking state of the lower member 2 by the restriction member 3 can be released. Therefore, when the hanger support bar is not used, the locking state of the lower member 2 by the restriction member 3 is released, By sliding and displacing the member 2 upward along the upper member 1, the overall length of the hanger support rod can be reduced in a compact manner. Accordingly, it is possible to easily store and transport the hanger 4 to which the support bar is attached while preventing the bulking and the like from being bulky.
[0032]
Further, when the hanger support rod is used, the support member can be extended to a required length by pulling the lower member 2 and slidingly moving the lower member 2 downward. The hanger 4 can be suspended by easily hooking the hanging hook 26 of the hanger 4 on the hanger 4. Since the support rod can be adjusted to an arbitrary length corresponding to the locking position of the hanger 4, when the hanger 4 is suspended by the locking portion at a relatively low position, as in the prior art. Further, by developing the hanger support rod, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a situation in which the entire length becomes longer than necessary and the support rod becomes an obstacle.
[0033]
Furthermore, since the lower member 2 is configured to be compacted by sliding and displacing the upper member 1 along the upper member 1 as described above, even when there is not enough space due to storing a large number of clothes, The hanger support rod can be easily shifted from the extended state to the contracted state in a state where the hanger 4 is suspended from the engaging portion provided in the clothes dance or the like.
[0034]
Further, in the above embodiment, the lower member 2 is provided with the regulating member 3 having the locking protrusions 25, and the upper member 1 is provided with a plurality of concave portions 8 to which the locking protrusions 25 are engaged. Since they are arranged at regular intervals in the direction, the sliding displacement between the upper member 1 and the lower member 2 can be effectively regulated by fitting the tip of the locking protrusion 25 into one of the recesses 8. At the same time, the locking protrusion 25 is led out of the recess 8 so that the locking state of the lower member 2 by the restriction member 3 can be reliably released, and the lower member 2 can be smoothly slid. . The configuration of the upper member 1 and the configuration of the lower member 2 may be reversed so that the restriction member 3 is attached to the upper member attached to the hanger body 27 and the recess 8 is provided in the lower member. .
[0035]
Further, as shown in the above-described embodiment, the lower member 2 is provided with an urging member including a spring plate 16 that urges the locking protrusion 25 of the restricting member 3 to engage with the recess 8, and the recess 8 When a pair of upper and lower tapered surfaces 8a, 8b and tapered surfaces 25a, 25b inclined in the tapering direction are provided at the tip of the locking protrusion 25, the tapered surfaces 8a, 8b, 25a, The engaging protrusion 25 can be smoothly fitted into the recess 8 with the guide surface 25b, and the engaging state between the engaging protrusion 25 and the recess 8 can be changed according to the urging force of the spring plate 16. It can be maintained stably. When the hanger support rod is not used, the restricting member 3 is pushed against the urging force of the spring plate 16 to release the engagement state between the locking protrusion 25 and the recess 8. The locked state of the lower member 2 can be forcibly released.
[0036]
Of the pair of taper surfaces 8a, 8b, 25a, 25b, the upper taper surfaces 8a, 25a are inclined so that they stand up at a steep angle as compared with the lower taper surfaces 8b, 25b. Since the angles α and β are respectively set, when the hanger support rod is extended, the locking protrusion 25 is formed by using the lower tapered surfaces 8b and 25b which are gently inclined only by pulling the lower member 2 downward as a guide surface. Can be smoothly led out of the recess 8 to automatically release the locked state of the lower member 2 by the restricting member 3.
[0037]
Further, when the hanger support rod is used, the load is supported by bringing the upper taper surfaces 8a and 25a standing at a steep angle into contact with each other in accordance with the load input to the upper member 1 from the hanger 4. Can do. Therefore, even when a large load is applied when the hanging hook 26 of the hanger 4 is hooked on the locking portion by the hanger support rod, the locked state of the lower member 2 by the regulating member 3 is released. And the hanger support rod can be stably maintained in the extended state.
[0038]
In addition, it is good also as a structure which omitted one of a pair of taper surface 8a, 8b provided in the front and back of the said recessed part 8, or a pair of taper surface 25a, 25b provided in the lower end part of the said locking protrusion 25, Further, the tapered surfaces 8a and 25a positioned on the upper side may be omitted, and the tapered surfaces 8b and 25b may be provided only on the lower side of the concave portion 8 and the locking projection piece 25.
[0039]
Furthermore, in the said embodiment, while providing the tongue piece 10 for retaining | loosening at the lower end part of the upper member 1, the step part 16a with which the said tongue piece 10 contact | abuts is provided in the upper end part of the lower member 2, and the said step part 16a is provided with the step part 16a. Since the connecting state of the upper member 1 and the lower member 2 is maintained by bringing the tongue piece 10 into contact, when the lower member 2 is pulled and slid downward, as shown in FIG. When the member 2 moves to the lowermost position and the tongue piece 10 is introduced below the spring plate 16 provided on the lower member 2, a step 16 a formed on the rear base end portion of the spring plate 16, The tip portion of the tongue piece 10 is engaged, and the sliding displacement of the lower member 2 is restricted.
[0040]
Therefore, when the lower member 2 is slid downward and the hanger support rod is extended, the lower member 2 is prevented from descending beyond the lowest position and being disconnected from the upper member 1. This can be effectively prevented by the tongue piece 10 and the step 16a. In place of the above embodiment, a tongue piece 10 for retaining is provided at the upper end portion of the lower member 2, and a step portion 16 a with which the tip portion of the tongue piece 10 abuts is provided at the lower end portion of the upper member 1. It is good also as a structure.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the invention according to claim 1 is configured such that the upper member attached to the hanger body, the lower member connected to be slidable along the upper member, and the lower member are locked to slide displacement. Since the restriction member is provided so that the locked state of the lower member by the restriction member can be released, when the hanger support rod is not used, the locked state of the lower member by the restriction member is released and By sliding and displacing the member upward, the hanger support bar can be made compact, and the hanger to which the support bar is attached can be easily packed or transported.Further, a tongue piece for retaining is provided on either the lower end portion of the upper member or the upper end portion of the lower member, and a step portion on which the tongue piece abuts is provided on the other side, and the tongue piece is provided on this step portion. Since the upper member and the lower member are maintained in contact with each other by bringing them into contact with each other, when the lower member is slid downward by pulling the lower member, the step is When the tip of the tongue comes into contact with the portion and the sliding displacement between the upper member and the lower member is locked, the lower member descends beyond the lowest position and the connected state with the upper member is released. Can be effectively prevented.
[0042]
When the hanger support rod is used, the support rod can be extended to the required length by pulling the lower member and slid downward, so that the hanger is suspended from the locking portion located at a high place. The hook can be easily hooked and the hanger can be hung, and even if there is not enough space because a large number of clothes are stored, the hanger is hung on the locking part provided in the clothes dance etc. There is an advantage that the hanger support rod can be easily shifted from the extended state to the contracted state in the lowered state.
[0043]
In the invention according to claim 2, a restriction member having a locking projection piece is attached to either the upper member or the lower member, and the locking projection piece is engaged with the other member. Are formed at regular intervals in the vertical direction, and the locking protrusions are engaged with the recesses to lock the slide displacement between the upper member and the lower member. By inserting the tip of the inside of the recess into the recess, it is possible to effectively regulate the sliding displacement of the lower member along the upper member, and by deriving the locking projection piece out of the recess, The locked state of the lower member by the restriction member can be reliably released, and the lower member can be smoothly slid and displaced.
[0044]
The invention according to claim 3 includes a biasing member that biases the locking protrusion of the restricting member in a direction in which the locking protrusion is engaged with the concave portion, and at least one of the distal end portion and the concave portion of the locking protrusion. In addition, a pair of upper and lower tapered surfaces inclined in the tapering direction are provided, and the inclined angles of both tapered surfaces are set so that the tapered surface located on the upper side rises at a steep angle as compared with the tapered surface on the lower side. Since the taper surface is set as a guide surface, the locking projection piece can be smoothly fitted into the recess, and the engagement state between the locking projection piece and the recess according to the biasing force of the biasing member When the hanger support rod is not used, the restricting member is pushed against the urging force of the urging member to engage the locking protrusion and the recess. To release the locking state of the lower member. There is an advantage that can be released.
[0045]
In addition, when the hanger support rod is extended, the lower protrusion is simply pulled downward, and the locking protrusion is smoothly led out of the recess using the gently inclined lower tapered surface as a guide surface. When the hanger support rod is used, the load input from the hanger to the upper member is brought into contact with the upper tapered surface that stands up at a steep angle. Since the hanger support rod is used to hook the hanger's hanging hook on the locking portion, the lower member is locked by the restriction member. And the hanger support rod can be stably maintained in the extended state.
