When air cooled or heated by an air conditioner is supplied to multiple locations, it is necessary to divide the blown air. Conventionally, one means of dividing the air is to divide the air into two or more locations, for example, as shown in FIG. The suction ports of the branch ducts 22a and 22b are connected to the outlet of the main duct 21 so as to branch out from the main duct 21,
Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 6, an outlet is opened in the middle of the main duct 21 and a branch duct 22
are connected.

By the way, since the required amount of air to be supplied to each location differs depending on the heat load, etc., when trying to distribute and supply the required amount of air to each location, for example, in the case of the duct having the structure shown in FIG. As shown in Japanese Patent Application No. 62-141061 proposed in
4b may be arranged on the same rotational axis by sharing a drive motor (see Fig. 7), or in the duct having the structure shown in Fig. 6, the main duct 21 and the branch duct 22 may each have separate Movable dampers 25a, 25b driven by motors are provided independently, and the amount of air blown is changed by adjusting the angles of these dampers 24a, 24b, 25a, 25b (see FIG. 8).

There are many variations in the shape and structure of the building, for example, as shown in Figures 9 and 10, it consists of living rooms A, B, C, D, E, F, corridor G, machine room H, and stairs. In such a building, an air conditioner 27 is generally installed in a machine room H, a main duct 21 is arranged in the ceiling of a hallway G, and branch ducts 22 are branched into guest rooms A to F.

As shown in the figure, the diameter of the branch duct passing through the beam 26 may be limited depending on the vertical width of the beam 26 that partitions the hallway G and the living room, for example, A. In such a case, multiple branch ducts 22, 22, and these are arranged in parallel, and a damper is installed independently for each branch duct 22, 22... As a result, not only the structure becomes complicated, but also the number of drive motors increases. However, only a few dampers, that is, branch ducts, are required, which increases the cost.

According to the present invention, by providing a separator in one duct, a dividing path is formed in the duct, so branching ducts are unnecessary, and one duct can handle multiple airflows at the required air volume ratio without increasing the number of ducts. Air can be blown to specific areas.

If air is blown from the air conditioner installed in the machine room to the duct 1 installed in the ceiling of the hallway in this way, the heated or cooled air blown into the duct 1a will be adjusted to the required air volume ratio by the dampers 5a and 5b. The air is distributed to the required air volume ratio and blown to the divided passages 3a and 3b, and the air sent to the divided passage 3b side is supplied to another living room etc. via the air outlet 4, and then sent to the divided passage 3a side. Air is further supplied to duct 1c.

Note that the formation of the separator 2 is based on the dividing paths 3a, 3.
The shape is not limited to that of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 as long as it does not obstruct the flow of air to the tip part 2a, as shown in FIG. 2. It is also possible to further bend the tip so that it becomes parallel to the air outlet 4, or to bend the tip 2a into a curved shape so that the air flow becomes smoother as shown in FIG.

In addition, in order to reduce the wind speed in the ducts 1a, 1b after passing through the dampers 5a, 5b and to reduce the frictional resistance of the ducts 1a, 1b, the diameters of the ducts 1a, 1b in this part are widened, and the dividing path is 3a and 3b can also be formed to have a large diameter.

Furthermore, the duct of the present invention can be easily implemented by making simple improvements to the existing duct of a system that supplies a constant air volume. By installing a separator and a dual damper, it is possible to easily convert from a constant air flow supply system to a variable air flow distribution system according to the heat load of each room. And in this case,
Since it is not necessary to provide one damper with a motor in each branch duct 22 to each room, the desired purpose can be achieved at low cost.

As described above, the duct for air conditioning equipment of the present invention reduces the number of ducts by forming a split path in one duct when supplying air cooled or heated by an air conditioner to multiple locations. Air can be distributed to various locations at the required air volume ratio without increasing the air volume, and furthermore, a dual-type damper can be used for adjusting the air volume, the number of drive motors can be reduced, and it can be easily installed at low cost.
