Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an effective utilization of a space with the curtailing of air conditioning equipment costs by a method wherein a blowoff port is provided on the ceiling of a dwelling room to fill an air supply space for air conditioning with air conditioning air generated by a fan coil unit and the air conditioning air is taken in from the blowoff port to perform an air conditioning of the dwelling room. SOLUTION: A refrigerant or hot water is supplied into a fan coil unit 13 from a heat source device. The fan coil unit 13 produces air for air conditioning by heat exchange between the refrigerant or hot water and air and blows out the air into an air supply space 12 for air conditioning in the rear of the ceiling to fill it. Outside air or return air from dwelling rooms are supplied into the fan coil unit 13 via an air duct 14. Air in the air supply space 12 for air conditioning in the rear of the ceiling is blown out from a blowoff port 16 provided on the ceiling 11. The amount of air blown out can controlled, for example, by an air quantity adjusting plate mounted on the blowoff port 16 or according to the number of revolutions of a fan mounted on the blowoff port.

運転は、リモコンを用いて行うようにすると便利であ

して導入したり、居室内からリターンダクト15を経由
して導入する構造となっている。16は居室A・Bの天
井11に設けた吹出口であって、前記ファンコイルユニ
ット13で発生した空調用空気は、空気供給空間12内
に充満したあと、吹出口16から居室A・B内に吹き出
して空調を行う。

ので、天井面の両側の温度差を小さくでき、結露を防止
することができる。 e.ファンコイルユニットを空調用空気供給空間内に設
置することにより、スペースの有効利用を図ることがで
きる。
