2. Description of the Related Art Extrusion molding has been widely used as one of methods for forming a powder mixture into a molded body. In this method, a powder mixture and a binder made of cellulose, etc. are dispersed with a liquid such as water, and then kneaded into a clay-like material, which is then compressed by a molding machine having a squeezing mechanism and then transferred from the tip of this molding machine to the outside of the device. It is a method of continuously molding a molded product having the same cross-sectional shape by extrusion.

Another method is an injection molding method in which a mold (female mold) having a desired shape is prepared in advance and the powder kneaded product is injected into the mold to mold the mold. However, this method is suitable for mass production, but it is disadvantageous for high-mix low-volume production because the die cost is expensive.

Conventionally, an extrusion molding machine has been widely used as a molding machine having a squeezing mechanism. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and may be any device capable of producing a molded body such as a column or a polygonal column. The tip portion 2 of this molding machine is a molding portion having a mold structure corresponding to the target shape as shown in FIG. 2, and a columnar molded body can be molded by extruding this. That is, what attaches the molding die 3 having a structure (mold structure) as shown in FIG. 3 to the tip portion 2 of the molding machine as shown in FIG. 2 is a characteristic portion of the manufacturing apparatus of the present invention. It is FIG. FIG. 1 is an enlarged schematic view showing the vicinity of the tip 2 of the manufacturing apparatus of the present invention. The tip 2 formed by the mouthpiece 1 has a simple shape, for example, a rectangle, and is slidably contacted thereto. The mold 3 is attached as shown in FIG. The material of the molding die 3 is not particularly limited, but plastics, metals and the like which are generally used as a die can be used in the present invention. The powder kneaded material and the binder are dispersed and kneaded in a liquid toward the tip portion 2 having such a configuration, and the molding composition 4 which is a clay-like composition is compressed. As a result, the molding composition 4 is also filled in the mold part 5. The molded body 6 thus formed on the mold portion 5 is carried out from the tip portion 2 to the outside 7 of the apparatus by the molding die 3 being extruded by an extruding mechanism (not shown). At this time, the molding die 3 may be attached from the attachment portion so as to be pulled out to the outside 7, or the tip portion 2
You may make it reciprocate by attaching so that it may not come off from the outside.

The powder in the powder kneaded material that can be used here is not limited, and any material such as a ceramic powder, a metal powder, an organic functional powder, or the like can be used. As the binder, those conventionally used such as methyl cellulose and ethyl cellulose can be used in the present invention. Further, as the liquid, water is most preferable if it can be used, but it may be appropriately selected depending on the kind of powder used.

As shown in FIG. 1, a molding die 3 made of a polypropylene sheet and having a die structure of a desired shape was attached to the tip portion 2 so as to be slidably contacted with each other, and a device for producing a complex shaped body was obtained. An average particle size of 1.0 as a powder kneaded product
52 wt% of silicon nitride powder having a particle size of not more than μm, 8 wt% of methyl cellulose as a binder, 10 wt% of plasticizer, 30 water
wt% was added and mixed and kneaded to obtain a clay-like molding composition 4. The composition 4 is also filled in the mold part 5 formed in the mold 3 by applying pressure from a pressurizing part (not shown). Here, the molding die 3 was extruded from the tip portion 2 to the outside 7 of the apparatus to obtain a molded body 6 having a target shape. A part of the molded body 6 was extruded to the outside 7 of the apparatus and simultaneously separated from the mold portion 5, and the remaining molded body 6 was easily separated by applying a slight force to the molding die 3. At this time, the production speed of each molded body 6 was 1.5 seconds. Example 2 The same as Example 1 except that the molding die 3 was molded from a stainless steel plate. At this time, the production speed of each molded body 6 was 1.5 seconds. -Comparative Example 1 A mold having a target shape was prepared from tool steel surface-hardened and injection-molded as in the conventional case. The production speed at this time was 30 seconds per piece.
