In the electronic device based on this invention, the printed wiring board can be installed from the opening side of one side of the case.
The printed wiring board and the screw terminal can be connected by inserting the connecting pin of the terminal fitting into the connection hole on the conductive pattern of the printed wiring board without using a lead wire, which saves the need for lead wire processing. This makes it possible to perform soldering work in a wide area, shorten wiring work time, and prevent incorrect wiring.

FIGS. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of an electronic device according to this invention, with FIG. 1 being an exploded perspective view and FIG. 2 being a cross-sectional view. In the figure, the same parts as those in the conventional device shown in FIG. The terminal block 12 is integrally molded with an opening on the side surface, a printed wiring board 13 is fitted so as to close this opening, and a connecting pin 14 of a terminal fitting 14 attached to the terminal block 12 is inserted.
a is adapted to be inserted into a corresponding connection hole on the conductive pattern 15 of the printed wiring board 13. Inside the case 11 are a seat 12a of the terminal block 12 provided with a slit (not shown) into which a terminal fitting 14 (described later) is press-fitted, a slit 11a into which a connecting pin 14a of the terminal fitting 14 is inserted, and a printed wiring board 13. catch seat 11
b, 11c, and a locking hole 11d for fixing a cover 16, which will be described later. Printed wiring board 1
3 is provided with a connection hole 15a on the conductive pattern 15 through which the connection pin 14a of the terminal fitting 14 can be inserted. The terminal fitting 14 has a seat 1 of the terminal block 12.
A rectangular seat plate 14c press-fitted into the seat plate 2a and having a screw hole 14b, and the aforementioned connecting pin 14a extending from one side of the seat plate 14c are provided. The cover 16 has a rectangular shape that can be fitted into the opening of the case 11, and has locking pawls 16a in the form of additional teeth that can be engaged with the locking hole 11d on the upper and lower sides, and is molded from synthetic resin.

To assemble the above configuration, first, a predetermined number of terminal fittings 14 are press-fitted into the seats 12a of the terminal block 12, and each of the connecting pins 14a is made to protrude through the slits 11a toward the opening side of the case 11. Next, the connection hole 15a provided in the conductive pattern 15 of the printed wiring board 13 is aligned with the connection pin 14a, and the printed wiring board 13 is connected to the receiving seat 11.
Push it into the case 11 until it contacts b and 11c. Then, the connection pins 14a protruding from the respective connection holes 15a and the conductive patterns 15 are connected by soldering, the remaining protrusions are cut, and the cover 16 is fitted to complete the process. Note that the two through holes 12b provided in the terminal block 12 are for making it possible to see the blinking of the two light emitting diodes 17 mounted on the printed wiring board 13. Therefore, with this configuration, the external wire screw terminal and the printed wiring board can be connected without using lead wires to connect the printed wiring board 13 and the terminal fitting 14, and erroneous wiring can be eliminated. Furthermore, since the printed wiring board has a rectangular shape, it is easier to process, and since soldering requires work in a large area, work time including assembly is significantly shortened and costs are reduced.
