塵のないプリプレグ8枚を用いて両面に厚さ18μmの
銅箔を重ね、これを鏡板で挾み170℃で90分加熱加
圧して銅張積層板を得た。その結果、得られた銅張積層
板に打痕や樹脂粉付着による外観不良は全く認められな
かった。
