However, in the conventional car-chamber steady rest device, the car-chamber 4 and the vertical frame 1 are caused by vibrations generated while the elevator is moving up and down and an unbalanced load of the load.
When the displacement occurs with respect to c, the stopper rubber 6b in the vibration direction bends as shown in FIG. 8, and a gap S is generated between the opposing stopper rubber 6b and the vertical frame 1c. At this time, since the vibration of the cab 4 has both amplitudes, a collision phenomenon corresponding to the clearance S always occurs, and riding comfort is significantly deteriorated. Further, since the stopper rubber 6b does not take the amount of vibration of the cab 4 into consideration, the stopper rubber 6b has a large impact when hitting a fixed stopper (not shown) or the like, and corresponds to an inflection point as shown in FIG. A shock is given to the passengers, and deterioration of riding comfort becomes a problem.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a car room steady rest device which cushions the vibration of a car by providing a cushioning material between the elevator car room and the car frame. In the initial state, the cushioning material is attached by applying a predetermined compressive force, and the cushioning material has a non-linear characteristic (second-order approximation characteristic) in the relationship between the load load and the amount of deflection. A steady rest device for a characteristic elevator cab is provided.

With the above construction, when the car is vibrating during elevator travel, the cushioning material expands and contracts in contact with the cab and the car frame, and the amount of deflection is suppressed when the amplitude increases. It is possible to provide an elevator with a comfortable ride with less shock.

Is attached to the vertical frame 1c, which also serves as a rubber contact part, by being given an initial compression.

For example, when displacement occurs between the cab 4 and the vertical frame 1c due to the vibration generated when the elevator moves up and down or the eccentric load of the human load, as shown in FIG. 7b is further deflected from that at the time of initial compression attachment, and the stopper rubber 7b on the opposite side, which is opposed, extends due to the restoring force, but no gap is created between it and the vertical frame 1c by properly applying initial compression. Therefore, even if the cab vibrates, the collision phenomenon due to the clearance can be eliminated.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the stopper rubber 7b has a rounded end portion 7e with a rounded portion R, and the cross-sectional area is gradually increased toward the root so that the load-deflection diagram becomes non-linear (second-order approximation curve). To be configured. This is attached to the mounting metal fitting 7a with the mounting bolt 7c and the nut 7d, and the dimensional difference α between the rubber tip portion 7e and the head of the bolt 7c is set to a size commensurate with the total amplitude of the cab 4. At this time, the head of the bolt 7c is used as a final stopper. With such a configuration, a load-deflection diagram as shown in FIG. 4 can be obtained, so that the impact can be reduced even if it hits the final stopper.

In order to further improve the riding comfort, as shown in FIG. 5, a stopper rubber 7 having a non-linear load-deflection characteristic is provided.
A cylindrical stopper 8 is provided on the outer side of b, and the stopper rubber 7b
It is also possible to suppress the bulging in the horizontal direction due to the compression in the vertical direction to further bring out the non-linear characteristic. Although the stopper rubber 7b is used in this embodiment, the stopper rubber 7b is not limited to this as long as it has a non-linear characteristic.

As described above, since the shock caused by the clearance between the car room 4 and the vertical frame 1c at the time of car vibration is eliminated and the shock caused by the final stopper is alleviated by the stopper rubber having the non-linear characteristic, the ride comfort is improved. A good elevator can be provided.
