Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 互いに軸方向に対向する端面の位置合せ
を行う配管用開先合せ装置において、一対のクランプの
一端が蝶番により互いに回動自在で他端が結合機構によ
り着脱自在なスリーブの外周を取り囲むスリーブ側治具
と、一対のクランプの一端が蝶番により互いに回動自在
で他端が結合機構により着脱自在な取付側配管の外周を
取り囲む取付配管側治具と、前記スリーブ側治具及び取
付配管側治具の一方のクランプにその内方に沿って移動
自在に設けられた取付矯正ボルトと、該取付矯正ボルト
の先端部に取付けられ前記スリーブ及び取付側配管を前
記他方のクランプに押付けて支持する押え金具と、前記
スリーブと取付側配管とを連結すると共に該スリーブと
取付側配管との差込み量を調整する複数の開先間隔調整
ボルトと、前記スリーブと取付側配管との軸芯位置を適
合させる芯合せボルトとを具えたことを特徴とする配管
用開先合せ装置。
1. A pipe groove aligning device for aligning end faces axially opposed to each other, wherein a pair of clamps has one end rotatable by a hinge and the other end detachable by a coupling mechanism. A sleeve-side jig surrounding the outer circumference of a mounting-side pipe having one end of a pair of clamps rotatable by a hinge and the other end being detachable by a coupling mechanism; A mounting straightening bolt movably provided inward on one clamp of the mounting piping side jig, and the sleeve and the mounting side piping, which are mounted on the tip of the mounting straightening bolt, are pressed to the other clamp. And a plurality of groove spacing adjusting bolts for connecting the sleeve and the mounting side pipe and for adjusting the insertion amount of the sleeve and the mounting side pipe, and the sleeve. A groove aligning device for pipes, comprising a centering bolt for adjusting the axial center positions of the pipe and the mounting side pipe.
