Abstract

しシャフト6の回転により対向方向、背向方向に移動し
て前記り字管2等の端部を固定するものである。この他
クランプ装置4は前記り字管2等の端部を固定し得る構
成であれば、適宜のクランプ機構を適用して良い。次に
符号9は基台枠であり、該基台枠9は適宜の機構により
高さ調節可能に構成する。符号10は高さ調節用ハンド
ルである。しかして本発明は前記支持台1を、圧縮コイ
ルスプリング11によって構成した変形可能な適数の変
形柱体12によって前記基台枠9の上方に支持したもの
嘔である。図示例に於いて符号13はカバー、14は基
台枠9側では遊びを持たせた支持ボルトであり、これら
は前記支持台1と前記基台枠9間に単に介装した圧縮コ
イルスプリング11の外れを防止するものであるが、圧
縮コイルスプリング11の設置の方法は適宜であり、例
えばこの圧縮コイルスプリング11の両端を前記支持台
1と前記基台枠9の夫々に固定すればこれらは設けなく
ても良い。

両者を連結して保持し、かかる状態で溶接を行なうので
ある。

ばならない。然るにかかる誤差は三次元直交座標系の6
自由度の全てに対して可能性があるので、L字管2を支
持する支持台1はこのような6自由度の全てに対して調
節可能でなければならず、支持台1を剛性的に支持しよ
うとすると三次元直交座標系の6自由度の夫々につき調
整機構が必要となって、装置が複雑になるばかりでなく
操作も複雑となり、実際的ではない。

てL字管2を持つてこれを指定されたように動かすため
の他の作業員が不要となり、−人の作業員の視覚、聴覚
及び筋力によって良好な芯出しと適正間隔の保持を行な
うことができる。尚、溶接は例えば出願人の他の出願、
即ち昭和60年9月2日に提出した特許Wi(1)の明
細書及び図面に開示された支持装置等を用いて行なうこ
とができる。また以上は直管15に対してL字管2の突
合せ溶接を行なう場合の仮組作業について説明している
が、本発明の支持装置はT字管3についても第3図(c
)に示すように適用出来ることは勿論である。

組作業を行なえるので、L字管等を持ってこれを指定さ
れたように動かすための他の作業員が不要となり、−人
の作業員の視覚、聴覚及び筋力によって良好な芯出しど
適正間隔の保持を行なうことができるという効果がある
。そして本発明は支持台を剛性的に支持する場合には必
要な三次元直交座標系の6自由度の夫々についての調整
機構が不要であるので構成が複雑にならず、従って低コ
ストで構成し得ると共に操作も非常に容易であるという
効果がある。
