Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a floor structure, in which cleaning(water spray cleaning) performed while sprinkling water is facilitated, as a panel type of easy construction. CONSTITUTION:A floor is constructed by using a series of floor panels 1 in which a part of a joint material 2, molded of porous water permeable material, is integrally provided. Wash water is sprinkled onto the floor panels 1 via a wash water supply pipe line 3 provided in the interior part of the joint material 2 and via nozzles provided in end parts of the supply pipe line 3, and water permeability in the joint part 2 is utilized for forming a flow path for the wash water, used for wash cleaning a floor, to escape to a drain system. A positioning device of the floor panel 1 is constituted in cooperation with a joist material, sleeper material and a bundle material.

The conventional floor structure formed through the above series of steps has a good waterproof property. This point is a great advantage of the above construction method, but the time required for construction is extremely long, which is a major cause of construction delay. For this reason, attempts have been made to develop a floor structure that can perform sprinkling and cleaning while avoiding the adoption of the above method that requires a long construction time. However, the floor structure proposed up to the present time should keep the watertight state for a long time. It is difficult, and if the floor is damaged, the repair is extremely difficult and the cost required for the repair is high. The floor type is divided into a type that allows sprinkling and cleaning and a type that makes cleaning of the floor dependent on wiping and cleaning. The former is called a sprinkling type and the latter is called a wiping and cleaning type. In that case, the conventional floor structure produced through the above-mentioned series of steps is of a water spray washable type.

The conventional floor structure constructed through the series of steps pointed out above is of a type that can be sprinkled and cleaned, but the period required for construction is long, and when a damaged portion is found, it is repaired. There is a drawback in that the cost required for On the other hand, the conventionally proposed assembly type floor structure is a wiping and cleaning type, which not only makes it difficult to efficiently perform cleaning work, but also often leaves a bad smell on the floor after cleaning.
The present invention aims to improve these points.

The above-mentioned floor structure of the building according to the present invention and the floor structure formed by the conventional method pointed out above (application of leveling mortar on concrete floor slab, asphalt application → formation of presser mortar layer, cinder) Formation of concrete layer "Formation of concrete layer containing coal shell", application of mortar under the tile, tile finishing and the floor structure formed through the process, construction time and skill required by craftsmen engaged in construction The floor construction differs significantly as follows: In the conventional floor structure, the process of waiting for the completion of hardening of one layer to construct the next layer is overlapped, which lengthens the construction time and delays the construction period. However, the above-mentioned floor structure according to the present invention does not cause such an inconvenience.

In FIG. 1, 1 is a floor panel, 2 is a joint material integrally provided on the floor panel 1, 3 is a washing water supply pipe (tap water supply pipe), and 4 is a solenoid valve. . The joint material 2 is made of a porous water-permeable material (for example, a sintered ceramic material that is porous and allows wash water to flow through), and the joint material 2 is connected to the wash water supply pipe 3 in FIG. A pair of continuous pipes 3
a and 3b are built in. 5a and 5b are nozzles provided at the ends of the pipes 3a and 3b, and the wash water for the floor panel 1 is ejected from these nozzles 5a and 5b. The cleaning water ejected from the nozzles 5a and 5b is made to flow down through the rear joint material 2 used for cleaning the floor using brushes, wipers, etc., and acts as a hollow joist 6 and a positioning material for the joist. It enters into the hollow large pulling material 7, and then reaches a drainage pipe through a flow path provided with an odor preventive trap midway.
