Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to tear a sealed bag made of a plastic film easily from an optional location. CONSTITUTION:For a sealed bag 1A made of a film 2, sealing parts 3a on both sides are formed at a location which is away from the outer edge 2a of the film, and at the outside of the sealing parts 3a, film outer edge parts 2b, 2b, which are not bonded, are left, and a scar group 4 which has numerous scars in a band shape is formed at the film outer edge part 2b, and the film outer edge parts 2b, 2b are made tearable from an optional location. In this case, since the scar group 4 is formed on the film outer edge parts 2b, 2b which are soft and not bonded, tearing can be easily started.

2. Description of the Related Art In general, a sealed bag made by folding or superposing plastic films having high breaking strength and sealing the overlapping portions of the outer edges thereof is widely used. A sealed bag made of such a film with high breaking strength is difficult to tear as it is, so it is difficult to open it by hand, and it is usually cut into the seal part (I notch).
And V-notch is done. However, such a notch and a V notch are troublesome to process, and have the drawback that the sealed bag can only be opened at that position.

Therefore, as a solution to these drawbacks, a large number of scratches are formed on the film in a strip shape, and the film is slit so that the portion forming the scratches becomes the outer edge during bag making. In addition, an easily openable sealing bag has been proposed in which the portion is sealed to form a sealing bag and the sealing bag can be torn from any position of the sealing portion with fingers (for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 61- 60469, JP-A-61-142159, JP-A-62-52065).

However, in the conventional easily openable sealing bag, the tearability at the tear start portion is poor, and therefore, even if a large force is applied to the tear start portion, it is difficult to tear. In addition, since the tearing point easily progresses after the tearing starts, there is a problem that the contents are scattered around due to the momentum.

The reason why it is difficult to start tearing in a conventional sealed bag is considered as follows. That is, in the conventional sealed bag, a group of scratches for starting tearing is present in the seal portion, but the seal portion is hard because two films are overlapped and welded, and therefore the portion is torn. Because of this, it was difficult to twist with fingers, and eventually it was difficult to start tearing. Further, since the seal portion is formed by welding two films (for convenience, a front film and a back film) in an overlapping manner, when tearing the seal portion, the tear starting point (starting point of action) is the front film, Both back and back films need to be in the same position, but the probability that scratches that could act as starting points for the front and back films will overlap is 0.
Therefore, when tearing starts from one of the scratches on the front film, the tearing must start from a position without scratches on the back film, which is also difficult to start tearing. Furthermore, when the orientation direction (stretching direction) of the film used is not at right angles to the outer edge of the seal portion, the orientation directions of the front film and the back film that overlap in the seal portion intersect, and therefore the same tear When tearing from the starting point, the front and back films try to cut in different directions (orientation directions),
Since both films are fixed by welding, they are difficult to tear, and particularly when the crossing angle of the orientation directions becomes large, the tearability becomes extremely poor.

In order to improve the deterioration of tearability due to the intersection of the orientation directions, as a film forming a sealing bag, the oriented portions on both sides of the stretched film are removed so that the orientation direction becomes the longitudinal direction. It is sufficient to use the central portion of the stretched film, but in that case, the portions on both sides of the stretched film cannot be used, and there is a problem that the loss of the film becomes large.

The present invention has been made in view of the above conventional problems, and can be easily opened without forming a notch or a V notch, and a stretched film can be used without causing much loss. An object is to provide an easily openable sealed bag that can be configured.

These scratches 4 are usually formed before the bag making process. As a method for processing the scratches, a method for processing only the base material layer (base material film) before laminating or the film after laminating with a sewing blade, saw teeth, or a surface provided with fine particles is used. In addition to the method of crimping, the method of sandblasting, the method of crimping a wire brush, etc., laser processing, corona discharge, plasma discharge, etc. can also be used. Alternatively, the laminated film may be formed by slitting the film into a desired bag size and blasting the end surface thereof.

In the easily openable and sealed bag of the present invention, as shown in the embodiments of FIGS. 1 to 3, the scratches 4 are formed on the two non-adhesive film peripheral portions 2b and 2b located outside the seal portion 3a. Therefore, at the time of unsealing, the unsealing can be easily performed by tearing any position of the outer side portions 2b, 2b having the scratch group 4 at the time of unsealing. At this time, at the tearing start point, since both the film outer peripheral portions 2b and 2b are not adhered to each other, they are flexible, and the tearing can be easily started by twisting them with fingers. Further, the tearing start points of the film outer edges 2b and 2b do not necessarily have to be exactly the same, and therefore, it is possible to set the scratch starting points to the adjacent scratches of the film outer edges. Easy to start tearing. Further, once the tearing is started, the force is concentrated at the cutting action point, so that the tearing can be easily progressed, and even if the orientation directions of the two films adhered by the seal portion 3a intersect each other. Since it is possible to tear the film across the sealed portion without any trouble, it is not necessary to accurately adjust the orientation direction of the film used for the sealing bag, and most of the stretched film can be effectively used.

Example A polyester film T4100 having a thickness of 12 μ (manufactured by Toyobo Co., Ltd.) is prepared as a base material film constituting a base material layer, and the treated surface of the polyester film is subjected to a printing / makeup treatment and a urethane anchor coat After roll-coating the agent Coronate L (manufactured by Nippon Polyurethane Co., Ltd.), extrusion lamination was performed using LDPE M11P (manufactured by Mitsui Petrochemical Co., Ltd.) having a thickness of 30 μm. After that, a penetrating scar was formed by a saw-tooth blade for cutting. This film was cut and overlapped so that the penetrating scratches were at both ends, and the inner side of the penetrating scratches was sealed slightly to prepare a four-sided sealing bag 1A shown in FIG.

As described above, the easy-open sealed bag of the present invention is
A non-adhesive film outer edge is formed on the outside of the seal part, and a scratch group having many scratches for tear initiation is formed in that part, so tearing can be started very easily from the film outer edge. Further, it is not necessary to arrange the orientation direction as a base film, and therefore, there are no restrictions on the production of the base film, the loss amount of the film can be reduced, and the starting point of opening is clarified visually. It has the effect of making it easier to open.
