釣竿１２の外側に挿入し、釣竿１２に沿わせたリ
ール支脚３の先端をリール取付けスリーブ１の切
欠部４内に嵌合すると共に、滑り止め板１６を釣
竿１２の外面に圧接させた後、締付けスリーブ５
を略1/2回転すれば、取付孔６の軸心１１ｂは第
６図、第７図に示すように偏位し、内壁面が釣竿
１２の外面に圧接してロツク状態となる。この状
態において締付けスリーブ５を逆転させて取付孔
