本発明は、回転カム機構によりリフィールを軸筒の先端から出没させるようにした筆記具に関し、特に該回転カム機構を軸筒内に容易かつ確実に組み込みできるようにした筆記具に係るものである。

【従来の技術】
筆記具の回転カム機構は、実公昭63−37270、実開昭64−17790、実開平4−89391、実公平4−23028、実公平7−45355その他に示されているように、通常外カムと回転カムとノックカムで構成されている。上記外カムは環状に配列された縦溝を有し軸筒内に固定的に設けられ、上記回転カムは外カムの縦溝に係合する突起と該外カムの縦溝の先端に形成したカム面に係合するカム面を有し回転可能に設けられ、上記ノックカムは上記外カムの縦溝に係合する突起と上記回転カムのカム面に係合するカム面を有し軸方向に移動可能に設けられている。そして、公知のように、リフィールを弾性部材で後方に付勢し、上記ノックカムを該弾性部材に抗して軸方向に前進させると、上記回転カムは回転して前進位置及び後退位置に交互に移動し、それにより該回転カムの前方に設けた上記リフィールは、筆記先端が軸筒の先部に設けた口金から突出したり、口金内方に没入したりする。

本発明の解決課題は、上記のような回転カム機構を簡単かつ確実に軸筒内に設けることができるにようにした筆記具を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明によれば、外カムと該外カム内で回転する回転カム及び該回転カムを軸方向に移動させるノックカムを含む回転カム機構によりリフィールを出没させるようにした筆記具において、上記外カム内に回転カムとノックカムを組み込んだカムセットを設け、該カムセットを収納する中本体の周面に揺動可能に爪片を形成し、該爪片の先端に外方に突出する隆起部と内方に突出可能な掛止部を設け、該中本体の外側に外本体を装着して上記爪片を内方に押圧し、内方に突出した上記掛止部により上記カムセットを中本体内に固定したことを特徴とする筆記具が提供され、上記課題が解決される。

【発明の実施の形態】
回転カム機構の具体的構成としては、従来より種々の構造が提案されているが、上述したように基本的には、外カムと回転カムとノックカムで構成され、図1にはその一例が示されている。図において、外カム(1)は、外周に肩部を設けてこれを係止部(2)としたカム収納体(3)内に形成され、深さの相違する縦溝(4)を環状に配置し、該縦溝(4)の先部にはカム面(5)が形成されている。また、回転カム(6)は、上記縦溝(4)に係合する突起(7)と前進位置に移動した際上記カム面(5)と係合するカム面(8)を有し、上記カム収納体(3)内に回転可能に挿入されている。ノックカム(9)は、上記縦溝(4)に係合する突起(10)を有し、先部には上記回転カム(6)のカム面(8)と係合するカム面(11)を有している。

本発明は上記のように構成され、外カム、回転カム及びノックカムを組み込んでカムセットを形成し、該カムセットを中本体内に挿入し、該中本体に外本体をかぶせることにより上記中本体に設けた爪片を内方に移動させ上記カムセットを中本体内に固定するようにしたので、従来の回転カム機構の固定方法のようにアンダーカットや圧入方法によらずに外本体を中本体にかぶせるだけで簡単かつ確実にカムセットを固定でき、白化や割れ等の不都合を生じるおそれもなく、組み立ても容易であり、経済的に得ることができる。
