Claims (3)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 固定盤に固定金型を、該固定盤に対して
型閉及び型開可能な可動盤に可動金型をそれぞれ取付
け、成形品取出のための型開停止時には互いの先端面の
間に所定の間隔を有し且つ型閉前進時にはその全ストロ
ークに亘って一方が他方に干渉を起こすことなく出入可
能な対向部材を前記可動盤と固定盤の双方から一対とし
て設けるとともに、前記可動金型若しくは固定金型の成
形品を保持し取出すための成形品取出旋回開始位置と、
成形品開放位置との間を旋回可能な取出アームを有する
成形品取出装置を設け、さらに前記取出アームは、該取
出アームが保持する成形品が前記可動盤内にある時に
は、前記一対の対向部材の先端面間に位置することによ
り型閉開始指令信号に基づく該可動盤の前進動作を機械
的に阻止する形状として形成したことを特徴とする成形
品取出装置付き射出成形機。
