[Detailed description of the invention] <Industrial field of application> This invention relates to a safety device for lifting and lowering a fall prevention device for work at height, and includes a fall prevention rail installed along the height direction near the lifting passage. Or it relates to a lifting safety device that slides by fitting into a stopper such as a wire.

<Prior art and problems> The above-mentioned type of safety device for lifting is connected to the human body's waist belt via a life rope, and in the event of a fall, the safety device for lifting will be connected to the life rope. Generally, the impact load is used to drive the brake device of the safety device, and the safety device is fixed at that position on the stopping body to prevent the human body from falling. In this case, when ascending, the safety device is pulled up to the human body via the life rope, and when descending, it is lowered by its own weight and suspended from the human body.In other words, the safety device is always placed at the waist belt position of the human body. Therefore, the human body will be located approximately the length of the life rope below, and in the event of a fall, the human body will fall approximately twice the distance of the above rope length, and the impact load on the human body will be considerable. . For this reason, a proposal has been made to use a rigid rod-shaped body instead of the above-mentioned life rope that connects the safety device and the waist belt, and to position the safety device as high as possible above the waist belt, thereby shortening the above-mentioned falling distance. (For example, Jitsukaiaki
57-60650, the proposal disclosed in the specification of Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-70347). However, since these proposals use a rod-shaped body, they are naturally cumbersome to carry, and ascent while pushing up the safety device requires considerable training in lifting and lowering, as there is a sway from side to side during the lifting and lowering movements. Further, when a wire is used as the stopper, there are problems such as the fact that in addition to the horizontal shaking of the above-mentioned lifting and lowering operations, the wire also swings, making it more difficult.

<Means for solving the problem> This invention is a safety device for lifting and descending that has been developed in consideration of the above circumstances, and a waist belt is connected to the safety device via a life rope. a first connection part that connects the safety device and the vicinity of the shoulder part via an auxiliary rope,
The auxiliary rope holds the safety device at least above the position of the waist belt, thereby minimizing the aforementioned fall distance and further reducing the impact load on the human body. It measures the

<Example> Fig. 1 is a drawing showing an example of elevating and lowering using a conventional elevating safety device, and Fig. 2 is a drawing showing an example of elevating and lowering using the elevating safety device of the present invention. The conventional safety device shown in FIG. 1 slides by fitting into a stopper made of a guide wire installed near the step bolt 2 which is the ascending and descending path of the steel tower 1.
It is used by connecting to a waist belt 6 via a life rope 5, and in the event of a fall, the impact load applied to the life rope is used to drive the brake device 7 of the safety device 4, and the guide wire A safety device 4 is fixed at the position of 3 to prevent a human body from falling. The lifting safety device of the present invention shown as an example in FIG. A first connecting portion 43 that has two perforations and connects to the waist belt 61 via the life rope 51.
Furthermore, it serves as a second connecting portion 46 that connects to the shoulder rest 45 via an auxiliary rope 44. Note that 21 is a step bolt serving as a lifting passage. When ascending and descending, the worker ascends the tower in the posture shown in FIG.
4, the safety device 41 is held at least at a position above the waist belt 61, and is fitted onto the guide wire 31, slid, and pulled up. Although the structure is omitted, the brake member 42 is connected to the shaft 47 in the counterclockwise direction in the figure.
When rotated using the fulcrum, the brake is released and the guide wire 31 is slid freely, and when rotated clockwise, the brake device is activated and the brake bites into the guide wire 31 for safety. Vessel 4

Therefore, even when a worker descends from the tower, the brake member 42 is rotated counterclockwise by the weight of the safety device 41 as if suspended from the auxiliary rope 44, and is freely lowered.

In the event of a crash, as mentioned above,
The brake member 42 rotates clockwise in the figure to drive the brake device, and the safety device 41 is fixed at that position to prevent the human body from falling. In this case, the safety device 41 is located at the position of the waist belt 61. Since the life rope 51 is held at a higher position, the distance the human body falls is limited to the slack of the life rope 51, minimizing the impact load caused by the fall, thereby ensuring greater safety for the human body. Note that a safety pin 48 interposed between the auxiliary rope 44 and the brake member 42
When a load above a certain level is applied to the auxiliary rope 44 during a fall, the safety device 41 and the auxiliary rope 44 are disconnected to further protect the upper limbs of the human body.

In the elevating safety device of the present invention, in the embodiment, the second
The connecting portion 46 of the safety device 41 is provided on the brake member 42, and the auxiliary rope 44 is provided on the shoulder rest 45.
The second connection part 46 may be located anywhere on the safety device 41, and may be placed on the harness instead of the shoulder rest 45. The same effect can be obtained by using a knife like this.

<Effects> The lifting safety device of the present invention is suspended from the shoulder by an auxiliary rope and held at a position above the waist belt, so it is different from the conventional lifting safety device with a life rope at the foot. In comparison, the lifting and lowering movement can be performed smoothly, and in the event of a fall, the human body can fall approximately twice as far as the life rope of a conventional lifting safety device. It has many advantages, such as being able to minimize the impact load caused by falling, and avoiding the hassle of carrying around because the shoulder rest and auxiliary rope are worn on the field.
