Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent abrasion of a driven part and noise generated by the abrasion of the part as well as those of a directly lost striken part of a holding device by providing a cam system to constantly open and close the whole of the holding system and a cam system to selectively hold a part of the holding system in an opening state or in a closing state on the side surface of a transfer drum. CONSTITUTION:A holding drum is furnished with a lost striking preventive cam 31. A lever 33 is fastened on an edge part of a shaft 23 to oscillate, open and close a holding plate 17, and cam followers 25, 32 are installed on the same lever 33. The cam follower 25 is driven by a cam 27 fixed on a flame through a cam receiver 26, the shaft 23 revolves, and the holding plate 17 opens and closes against a holding plate receiver 18. The cam follower 32 is installed on a shaft 9a of the holding drum 9 free to rotate, and it is changed over from a lost striking preventive position to a non-working position and vice versa by the lost striking preventive cam 31 revolving by an air cylinder 34.
