In order to achieve the above purpose, the study book of the present invention has a pattern of a child playing a jumping box on the problems published in the study book, and an indication indicating the difficulty of the problem depending on the number of rows of the jumping box is added. It was configured to do this. Students are actually experiencing the feeling of jumping boxes in their physical education training, where the difficulty of jumping over the box changes depending on the number of steps. The present invention focused on this point and devised a way to use this experience to display the difficulty of the problem. By looking at the number of rows of the jump box mark attached to the problem, students can intuitively recall their own experience and find the answer to the problem. Become fully aware of the difficulty of the problem before tackling it.

Figure 1 shows a page extracted from a math drill for 5th grade elementary school students. At the beginning of the page, the unit number "7" 1 and the unit name "2. Calculation of multiplying decimals (4)" 2 and the corresponding page number of the textbook “Textbook 8~
Page 11" 3 is written, and the name entry column 4 and score entry column 5 are left blank. Five questions 6 are posted on this page according to the learning content of the unit, and the difficulty level of each question 6 is displayed above the question number 7 marked at the beginning of each question 6. b, 8c, 8d, and 8e are drawings of a child playing a jumping box as shown in enlarged figures A to E in Figure 2, and the number of rows of the jumping box 9 is increased or decreased depending on the difficulty of each problem 6. The difficulty level of each problem 6 is shown in stages depending on the number of stages of the jump box 9, that is, the more the number of stages is, the more difficult the problem 6 is.

Before solving each problem 6, children learning this drill should check the number of jump box marks 8a...8e attached to the problem 6 and decide for themselves whether the problem 6 is difficult or easy. You can make judgments based on experience and intuitively understand the difficulty level of a problem, which allows you to deal with problems with sufficient awareness and caution.

In the above example, the difficulty level of the five questions 6 happens to be 5 levels (the number of stages of the jump box 9 is 1 to 5).
Although the number of questions and the number of stages do not have to match, the number of stages can be set arbitrarily regardless of the number of questions.

As explained above, the study book of the present invention is a study book that has a large number of problems according to the learning content, and the problem has a picture of a child doing a jumping box, and the number of rows of the jumping box is different. A display indicating the difficulty level of the problem is attached, making effective use of the students' experience to help them intuitively understand the difficulty level of the problem, and to ensure sufficient awareness and attention to the problem before tackling the problem. It is designed to encourage students to respond appropriately to a large number of problems of varying difficulty.

Furthermore, the above-mentioned display consisting of the flying box pattern has the advantage that it is not necessary to explain in detail how to read the display as long as it is shown that the display indicates the difficulty level of the problem. In other words, for example, when the difficulty of a problem is indicated by the number of marks such as stars, in addition to this mark indicating the difficulty of the problem, the number of marks indicates whether the problem is more difficult if there are more marks. Although it is necessary to explain in advance whether the problem is more difficult when there are fewer rows of jump boxes or not, it is necessary to explain in advance in writing or verbally how to read the display, but according to the display consisting of the above-mentioned flying box pattern, the problem is more difficult when there are more rows of jumping boxes. Since this is self-evident, no further explanation is necessary.
And the only reason this can be made so obvious is because students have experienced flying boxes themselves.
