Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform an economical and safe combustion processing of general combustible trashed as well as industrial wastes not producing chemical by harmful substances without generating any black smoke. CONSTITUTION:A proper number of air suction holes 4 are arranged at an intermediate height of a peripheral wall 1 and air outside an incinerator is sucked into the incinerator through each of suction holes 4 with ascending flow of combustible gas generated through an incomplete combustion of ignited material at the lower part within the incinerator. A buffle plate 11 smaller than a peripheral wall 1 by its circumference distance is fixed to an upper part within the incinerator, a narrow clearance 12 is formed between it and the peripheral wall 1 to elongate a staying time of combusted gas, thereby an amount of lowing-in air is restricted and stable. A through-like reinforcing member 7 is fixed to an outer circumferential surface of the peripheral wall 1 to form an aeration passage 9 in a vertical direction communicating with the suction holes 4, and a lower part of the aeration passage 9 is released out of the incinerator to reduce a variation in an amount of flowing-in air. Combustible gas or soot contained in the combusted gas is completely combusted with the buffle plate 11 heated up to a high temperature through combustion of combustible gas. At least the peripheral wall 1 and the buffle plate 11 are made of thick-walled steel material having superior heat-resistance and durability.

In the incinerator developed by the applicant of the present application, when the incinerator is put into the furnace body, the incinerator is ignited and the incinerator inlet is closed, air (oxygen) is almost completely in the lower part of the furnace body. Since it does not flow in, the incinerated matter is almost in a vaporized state and incompletely burned, and as the combustible gas generated there rises in the furnace, it is discharged from the outside of the furnace through a large number of air supply holes provided in the middle wall of the furnace body. It has the advantage that it sucks in the air (oxygen), completely burns in the upper part of the furnace body, and hardly emits soot outside.

However, in the incinerator described above, the air required for burning the combustible gas is directly taken in from the outside of the furnace through a large number of air holes in the peripheral wall of the middle part of the furnace body. When a strong wind blows outdoors, the amount of air taken into the furnace body fluctuates greatly, and conditions such as excess and deficiency and high temperature inside the furnace body are complicatedly entangled, but a temporary black from the chimney above. There were cases where a large amount of smoke was emitted, or a small explosion occurred inside the furnace body, causing black smoke to spurt out around the middle of the furnace body.

In the incinerator according to the present invention, the air outside the furnace is drawn into the furnace through the intake hole and the air passage due to the upward flow of the combustible gas generated by the incomplete combustion of the incinerator in the lower part of the furnace. Since the burned gas passes through the narrow gap between the baffle plate and the peripheral wall, the residence time in the furnace becomes longer, the air inflow amount from the outside of the furnace is suppressed, and the intake hole communicates with the outside of the furnace through the ventilation passage. Therefore, even if a strong wind blows outside the furnace, the fluctuation of the air inflow is small and stable.

Keep 8 closed. The maximum amount of incineration to be put into the furnace depends on the size of the incinerator, but it should be a little below the intake hole 4 at the maximum. In addition to general combustible waste, industrial wastes such as used old tires, urethane bumpers, oil elements, etc. that do not generate chemically harmful substances when incinerated can be used as incinerated materials. When incinerating a relatively large amount of waste wood, use an incinerator with a large capacity.

After the door 17 is closed, since almost no air (oxygen) flows into the lower part of the furnace, the incinerator burns in an oxygen-deficient state (incomplete) to produce combustible gas, and the combustible gas is slightly Rises in the furnace together with soot and the like, and an air flow from the outside of the peripheral wall 1 to the inside of the furnace is generated in each intake hole 4 as the combustible gas rises. Then, fresh air outside the furnace enters the ventilation passage 9 from the lower end of the ventilation passage 9 formed of the peripheral wall 1 and the reinforcing material 7 that is open to the outside of the furnace, and rises in the ventilation passage 9 along the peripheral wall 1, It flows into the furnace through each intake hole 4.

At this time, the fresh air from outside the furnace is ventilated.
Since the peripheral wall 1 is heated to some extent while rising inside, the combustion efficiency of the combustible gas in the furnace is improved. On the contrary, the surrounding wall 1
Since the reinforcing material 7 functions as a heat radiation fin and is cooled to some extent and wear at the time of combustion is suppressed, when incinerating old tires or urethane bumpers that burn at high temperatures, use refractory bricks or castable refractories. It has excellent heat resistance and durability even compared to conventional incinerators.

The air flowing from the ventilation passage 9 into the furnace through each of the intake holes 4 is partially consumed in the lower part of the furnace and burned (incompletely), but most of the air is consumed in the furnace. As it rises, the combustible gas and some soot are consumed for complete combustion. Here, when the rising combustible gas consumes the air from the intake port 4 and burns, the highest temperature upper flame part of the flame heats the baffle plate 11 to a high temperature. 4. The baffle plate 11 and other positions are set, but the size of the flame changes depending on the amount of the incineration product, so it is desirable to insert the incineration product just below the inlet 2.

The burned gas circulates around the lower surface of the baffle plate 11 while heating the baffle plate 11 and is discharged from the chimney 14 through the narrow gap 12 between the baffle plate 11 and the peripheral wall 1. The bottom surface of the plate 11 is stagnant for a while. Combustibles such as soot and combustible gas remaining in the burned gas during this stay are heated by the high-temperature baffle plate 11 and completely burned, so the burned gas discharged from the chimney 14 through the gap 12 is almost colorless and transparent. Further, since the outflow amount (exhaust amount) of the burned gas is suppressed and stabilized by the narrow gap 12, the amount of air sucked into the furnace from the ventilation passage 9 through the intake hole 4 is also stabilized, and therefore, Even if a strong wind blows outside the furnace, the amount of air taken in is stable with little fluctuation, and the burned gas discharged from the chimney 14 is almost colorless and transparent.

Since the incinerator does not need to be separately provided with an air blower, a dust remover, etc., if the size is small, it is 1 m.
Can be installed in a narrow space of 2 to 2 m 2 . Even if a flammable gas bursts in the furnace, the intake hole 4 and the air passage 9 function as an explosion-proof valve and escape downward, so there is little risk of damage to the incinerator and safety is high. Further, since thick-walled steel material is used for the main members such as the peripheral wall 1 and the baffle plate 11, the durability is excellent and the repair can be easily performed by welding or the like.

In the incinerator according to the present invention, as described above, the inflow of combustible gas generated by the incomplete combustion of the incinerated substance in the lower part of the furnace allows the air outside the furnace to be introduced into the furnace through the intake holes and the ventilation passages. It is not necessary to install a separate blower because it is drawn into the chamber, and of course the burned gas is passed through a narrow gap between the baffle plate and the peripheral wall to lengthen the residence time in the furnace and increase the air inflow amount from the outside of the furnace. In addition to suppressing, the lower end side of the ventilation path is communicated outside the furnace, so even if a strong wind blows outside the furnace, the air inflow does not change easily and is stable, and there is no risk of incinerators exploding and stable and good. Can be safely incinerated under various conditions.

Further, the combustible gas burns in the upper part of the furnace to heat the baffle plate to a high temperature, and when the burned gas passes through the narrow gap between the baffle plate and the peripheral wall, the combustible gas remains in the burned gas. Since the gas and soot are heated by a high-temperature baffle plate and completely burned, the soot emitted from the chimney can be extremely reduced without a separate dust removing device.
