Description of the Related Art A so-called inner / outer insulation method for constructing a heat insulating structure inside or outside a structure such as a concrete structure is to block the influence of outside air temperature and solar radiation on the structure and Since the outside air is not directly contacted with the body, it has the advantage of protecting the body from severe weather conditions such as wind and rain and cold heat, and it is becoming more and more popular in recent years.

The service life of the exterior finishing material that forms the outer surface of the conventionally proposed heat insulating structure is extremely shorter than that of the concrete skeleton, while the latter is usually about 70 years, while the former is at most 10 years. Not too much. Therefore, there is a drawback that the repair work of the heat insulating structure must be repeated.

However, the construction must be done by skilled workers, and recently there is a shortage of skilled workers. Waiting for the completion of the concrete frame and then constructing the heat insulating structure inside or outside of it will prolong the construction period of the building and increase the cost.

That is, a finishing material such as a ceramic porcelain plate is laid in parallel on the bottom plate of a flat rectangular molding box, the outer surface of which faces downward, and a reinforcing bar net is mounted on it, and the required layer thickness is obtained there. The desired panel is manufactured by placing mortar or concrete.

But I can't fix it anymore. In addition, a relatively large work space is required according to the size of the panel, and it requires a wider work space as the panel to be obtained becomes larger.

To be installed and fixed in an appropriate arrangement such as tear terrain. Then, by spraying mortar from the other side surface side, a mortar layer having a thickness at least burying the reinforcing bar net therein is formed.

In addition, as the finishing material, use one that has an integrally molded vertical line fitting part, and fit the vertical line fitting part to the vertical line of the vertical line net, or use an appropriate adhesive. Then, it is easy and reliable to mount and fix the finishing material on the rebar net.

And the left end face 1 3 of the left side face 1 3 of the outer decorative part 2 adjacent to each other with a required gap s 2 filled with mortar or the like between the right end face 2 4 and the left end face 2 3 thereof. If a structure is used in which a space is formed to hold the vertical open joint s 3 , the open joint can be clearly run in the vertical and horizontal directions, and an adiabatic panel with a rich three-dimensional effect and a solid feeling can be produced.

Since it is always exposed without becoming, it is possible to fix the unevenness and gaps before the mortar or concrete is cured,
Further, the desired external heat insulation panel can be efficiently produced in a relatively small work place.

In the case of manufacturing it flatly and by the driving method, the finishing material is in the state of being piled up under the reinforcement net etc., so it is not possible to adjust the unevenness and the gap after laying once in a row, but in addition to the elevation. According to the spraying method, the finishing material is always exposed, and before the hardening of the mortar or concrete, the unevenness and gaps can be fixed at any time, and high-quality products can be efficiently produced. The outer insulation panel has a finishing material such as ceramic porcelain plate mounted and fixed on one side of the rebar net, and a mortar layer with a thickness to embed the rebar net on the other side, and a foamed synthetic resin insulation on the outer surface. It has a structure in which the layers are polymerized, and the whole is firmly integrated, and the strength and heat insulating effect can be expected sufficiently.
