載方向に一致するようにターンテーブルを回動させる。
これは電動シリンダ37の操作にて押圧具38を前進さ
せるとこれに突設したストッパー解除用ロッド44にて
ストッパーが解除され、ターンテーブルはフリーとな
る。また押圧具38の前進にて駆動ローラ26を、ター
ンテーブル外周面に所要圧にて押圧接してモータ32に
てベルトを介して駆動する。この時、ターンテーブルの
回動角が予め設定されたモータ駆動信号をモータに与え
るので、ターンテーブルは所定角のみ回動してターンテ
ーブル上の搬送物のステーション側に対する移載方向が
一致させられ、次にモータを停止し、押圧具を後退させ
ると駆動ローラも後退し、ターンテーブル外周面への押
圧接力は解除されるとともに再ストッパー装置が作用し
ターンテーブルの回動は阻止される。この状態で無人搬
送車AGVが荷卸ステーションに到着すると、伸縮式の
移載テーブルを伸長させて荷卸しを行うものである。

れ側にも突出可能とし、かつ無人搬送車内に該搬送車が
走行するクリーンルーム内と同速のダウンフローを形成
したことを特徴とする無人搬送車における伸縮式移載テ
